I’ve been a Realtor with C21 Leading Edge for over a decade. I briefly left and tried out another Brokerage. Night and Day. Regretted my decision and after less than a year returned. I work from home most of the time

either everything goes great or is awful to deal with.  never just "good".
once you are in a position good luck with advancement - won't happen.
hard work is not appreciated nor acknowledged



Management turns a blind eye to bullying from fellow staff members, and nastiness from agents. No matter what the staff is in the wrong. Staff members are treated like dirt by management and especially by the head administrator.

This is by far the best real estate brokerages you could work at! Amazing support, lots of TOP AGENTS that will all participate in group events and everyone shares knowledge and wisdom! Not your average brokerage, talk to one of the managers, they will get you going in this business!

They are always embracing new technology, they invest in great industry tools and tech. Great training too! They have 9 full service locations which is great when you have clients who are searching for properties in other cities.

Amazing Brokerage to work at. They help understand how to buy and sell real estate. The managers are always there to help. They always have some seminar to expand your current knowledge 

Excellent place to work and learn. The staff and Realtors are all very helpful. Great synergy and a nice family environment. Fabulous modern office decor.
