worked at this company for too many years and finally realized I was being used.  Calgary corporate culture is brutal and they screwed up an amazing company by putting incompetent people in charge of the business.  If you get on the wrong side of management or the C suite you will never advance and will be packaged out regardless of performance. If you do stay or choose to work here, make sure to suck up to the C suite, its the only way you will get ahead, get the friend bonus or a raise. My recommendation is to stay away, far far far away, they suck you in at first, but will suck your soul if you stay to long.  No one here is happy, everyone is just waiting to cash out on the options.  

Dealing with extremely high pressure specialized natural gas equipment in the yard and at customer sites. There is a lot of training and comprehensive evaluating at Certarus. Dealing with customers and other 3rd party associates at all times. 
Dispatch does it's best to help when and if possible 24-7 but communication between customers and management to dispatch needs to be seriously re-evaluated at it's core.
Over all the work is routine, but never ceases to surprise when it comes to a customers demands or where sensitive specialized company equipment is operated.

I learned a ton about the energy sector.  There was way too much fake happy in an effort to mask misery for my taste though.  Ultimately, coming into this environment from law enforcement was eye opening.  I come from an environment where everyone is trying to hurt my feelings, so open and honest communication between officers was the norm, but the oppressive DEI nature of the corporate world helped me recognize the value of prison as one of the last bastions of freedom of speech.  

They are full of empty promises during the interview just to get you in there. Internal drivers would be sent home when there was a shortage of loads but would keep third party drivers working. Horrible place to work for and two face management that will throw you under the bus to protect themselves. 4 out of 7 drivers left within the same month for lack of work. Worst place ever! 

Lots of room to grow if you want to. The 
 hub management and workforce you will encounter day to day are very level-headed and easy-going. Great place to work and a great team of people. Everyone has each other's back and offers a helping hand which is very nice to see in this day and age. If you can work hard and be available for overtime/on-call you can make a very good living at this job. 

Excellent culture, great experience working with top class employees in the gas industry.
Typical day consisted of either setting up QA check and run testing trailers. 
Best part of working for this company is the workplace culture.

Some are good most are just protecting there jobs. Supervisors say they care its a team. Its a lie. You'll be expected to do weeks of safety. Can be fired with out notice by any supervisor. And there's many. Work is easy and pay is good. That is all you can say that's good about this company. You want stress this is the place. Watch your back.

Great schedule with lots overtime when on schedule be prepared to work 12 to 14 hours . They still buy actual trucks . Great trucking job for not being a trucking company overall great atmosphere from top down . 

Awesome benefits great people and culture. Fun environment great safety culture and perfect training culture lots of opportunities. Enjoyed learning how the oil and gas industry works.

Great place to work with lots of opportunity to collaborate with different teams.  Great core values with safety a top priority, customer focused, and sustainability with low carbon solutions.
