I started here with very little experience in my field of law, only recently graduating from my college with a legal assistants degree. I was hired shortly after my interview and have been here for approx. three and a half years. Although this job can be quite stressful at times, I love learning new things literally almost every day and the challenge of completing a new task. I love working with all the people in the office, we all try to help each other and get along despite our differences. The boss is always accommodating to our schedules, and management is very understanding and helpful whenever there is a problem amongst staff. My favorite part of my job is assisting people each and every day with their legal issues. Every day is different and there is always something to work on. Never a dull moment. The work environment is fast paced and very interesting. Office size is fairly small, so its a closer knit group of people. If you have questions everyone is willing to help and show you how to succeed. Parking is paid for which is a huge plus being in the heart of downtown. 
Although it can be stressful at times, the overall place of work and people are great to be apart of.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Positive work environment, generally a good group of people. The lawyers are very educated and always willing to help answer any questions.

I have been employed with Chadi & Company for over a year now.  I previously had many years experience in a Corporate Law firm so working at Chadi & Company was a challenge as the change of the area of law was quite different. As I was very new to Criminal Law the staff members were extremely patient while I was trying to learn a whole different area. Every day is different and there is never a dull moment at the firm. I love coming to work!

I have been employed with Chadi & Company for over 6 years as an assistant.  During my time working at the office I have been trained in Personal Injury Litigation and have worked for one lawyer, but often help if other lawyers are short staffed.   We work as a team and have gotten to know one and other well which makes coming to work enjoyable.  The lawyers and the assistants all have great attitudes and are very knowledgeable.

I have been assigned front reception now for 2 years. I was assigned this because I am reliable and they can count on my being at work. I answer the calls professionally and handle dealing with different ethnic groups. I was previously and assistant for different lawyers but they needed me at the front instead to deal with the clients.

Although I did not work there very long, it was interesting work. I was able to learn about a new type of law and it was inviting. Some support staff were helpful, but the lawyers there were crude and awful to work with.  i wouldnt recommend working there.

Was able to manage my time, prioritize tasks, follow instructions carefully and communicate clearly and work efficiently with the lawyers and colleagues.

Great place to work.  Love the work environment, friendly co-workers.  Boss is amazing and understanding. benefits provided, also parking is paid for.

I enjoy coming to work everyday to the point where I don't work weekend and really don't mind that sometimes I want to be there on a weekends. I'm Working on a new case and learning now things about the law.
