- There is no orientation or training
-There is no direction from up top
-As a manager, You will be given responsibilities without the authority and the capacity to change things
-There is no structure in their processes
-The core employees are set on their ways, there is no room for change and progression
-Favoritism is very high, as a newcomer you will be alienated.
- You are expected to show results within a month of being employed, if not you will be out of a job



Recent leadership changes have really changed the work culture at Champion.  They genuinely care about their employees, listen to feedback, follow-up, and the work environment has started to become a really fun place to work.  The level of experience from the team really shows and can learn a lot from the group who really enjoys what they do.

Id stay away from this company. The management is absolutely terrible. They'll make you promises and never live up to them. will lie to you about up coming work, just to keep your hopes up. They don't secure enough work to keep people busy enough or they take on to much work and over work you. This company has no regards for its staff. 
Also, keep an eye oh yours hours worked, theyll screw you on your pay 

Makes false promises about up coming work.
Under pays workers for nature of work.
Occasionally under pays employees on pay cheques and shows no concern about it.
Over works employees i.e. making them work up to 24 hours on occasion.

Given freedom to do my daily tasks without being micro managed or someone watching over your shoulder. 
As a ten year veteran at Champion I enjoy what I do. The management is easy  to work with. 

Management lies about what they offered you when they hire you and constantly lie to you to keep you there as long as they can,
They will throw you under the bus and blame there operators for there failures of time management, 
Hard dirty work with no real compensation for your hard work

I am fairly new to Champion Concrete Cutting and see their desire to make changes. The interview process was thorough and the offer was detailed. The staff has been very welcoming.  I am looking forward to many years of employment  with Champion. 

Will promise you whatever you want to hear to get your foot in the job, the estimators are bad at there jobs and do t deliver which adds to a stressful work environment. Do not have the work that they said they did at time of hiring

This has to be the worst place I have ever worked.
Back stabbing is rampant, the office staff is awful, there is zero work life balance, no perks, no raises,and zero communication.

Unfortunately, all the other reviews are accurate. Lack of work with promises of "big jobs". There is a lot of favoritism, miss a day or refuse shop work once, and they "punish" you. Lots of room for training for different positions and tickets, but put in little effort.
