Terrible leadership. No accountability from leadership, always passing blame down for their own mistakes. Bosses do not listen to employees with suggestions to improve the job. Constantly disorganized and chaotic work environment. Warehouse is always filthy. Scumbag sales reps try to sell things to customers that they didn't order to make extra money on commission. Company sends out damaged/poor quality products with hopes that customer doesn't notice.  Worst company I have ever worked for,

A typical day at work was a constant learning experience.  I learned to be a buyer and understand various company's and people's needs for them to properly run their businesses.
Management team and co-workers werevery good, always took the time to help when necessary.
The hardest part of my job was ensuring that the proper supplies were constantly in the warehouse ready for distribution when requested by clients.
I enjoyed my job because of the interaction with co-workers and customers.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The best part was talking with co workers and getting mor work done as a team

Sometimes they would have work overloads but after they everything was fine

Great safe environment and the culture is great

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Me cleaning things up and throwing garage away

You got to met customers on a daily basis.  There was always something to do.  Co-workers where nice.  Management was very easy going and down to earth.  Standard work hours.  The hardest part of my job was dealing with the dust and the chemical smells, because, of my asthma.  The most enjoyable part of my job was helping the customers decide what they needed. And helping them find it.

The management treats their employees horrible and no one is happy there. The little 'click' im the office is sure to make you feel like you are a piece of garbage and unwelcome no matter how pleasant and hard working you are. They pay the lowest wage possible and are constantly firing good people. 
The owner has many enemies and treats his employees like dogs.

Scanning invoices, answering the phone,  taking and entering orders,  enter RMA ( returns),  find the reason and solution for returns,  filing, invoicing,  helping sales reps find products,  helping sales reps with pricing,  address over 100 emails a day from customers and sales reps and entering all the information for customs paper work.

What is the best part of working at the company?
NOTHING useless company micro management

Every anything stressful , nothing organied

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Zero management,zero company culture

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Ful of surprises,no mangement no organise

No training they throw you to the lions without the tools to do the Job,   Products are not pull away right or moved without changing locations work piled on you even when your not trained right Terrible people to work with all want to do it their way

I find the location perfect - Management is helpful- people are nice to work with--team spirit. Flexible with time off. Great lunches when they put them on for the employees.

Great company --Great culture--Great opportunity. Well worth the effort and you can have a balanced life. They hours are really great for everyone. The location is fantastic and easy to get to.
