Old school management and team members couldn't think outside of the box because most of them worked in this company for over 10years+

Surrounded by people mostly from Philippine, company outsource a whole team to Manila to exploit the low wages in Asia. 

Toxic team with strong Philippine culture, they will type in their own language in team chat, meanwhile other people who only speak english won't understand a thing. Don't bother voicing it out to management because management are also from Philippine.

This company was set up to be flipped by Senior execs since the get-go. Like flipping a house, however the house wasn’t broken in the beginning, but it’s a good target. 

Having say that, management only cares about revenue generated and forecast. Rest isn’t important. 
There is no such thing as innovation, inspired engineers should look else where

Our salary increased less than inflation, bonuses were also taken away over the years. However, the recent merger with UNH, the execs made a killing. 

The Change Healthcare's imaging division is positioned in a very intriguing problem space.  They have a large number of customers spanning the globe.

The division management and leadership suffers from a bit of complacency and aversion to risk.  It appears they are starting to correct this.

As a Senior Java Developer, I enjoyed the remote culture and the technically ambitious scope of our assignments. The team is filled with smart people and there is a lot of room for technical learning. The downside was project execution; despite putting in a lot of effort into building a complex system, I was not able to see it used in prod due to shifting corporate timelines.

Terrible, the level of leadership is low, discriminatory

Don’t bother try to bring ideas or upgrade technologies, all falls on deaf ears, the only interest of the company is that you comply work long hours and weekends, until the company is done with you and will hire or import someone even cheaper than you

Not a very exciting company - negligible growth. Management distracted by upcoming merger.

Not many opportunities for advancement

Company is trying to update products but are losing share to competition 

Great company to work for they honestly care about their employees. Management does not micro manage at all. Your have something going on in your personal life they honestly care about the well being of the emoloyees and their families

Challenging work environment; allows room to exercise all skills. Time management & a good demeanour go a long way.
Recommended for nurses with at least 1+ years experience in other fields.
Very rewarding work!

Disconnect between different departments' workflows.
Lots of recent management turnover.
Great team support. Management is forgiving of lazy workers.
