Team leaders are extremely rude  and condescending and will talk to you like you're **** while they themselves are probably some of the laziest people I've seen in my entire work career. For example being a week behind on paperwork is very normal for them,being on laptop pretty much every minute of work, pushing the mess that's on the floor with their feet while walking through the house.
You'll be given casual schedule and god forbid you say something to staff with more seniority than you,you're in for a ride. Majority of their workforce seems to be not on set schedule.
No training is provided for anything and you'll be expected to know absolutely everything they do daily and if you miss whatever is expected of you (because you don't know what has to be done) you're in trouble,and we all know group home companies sometimes have different procedures so you may not be familiar with one or two things.
Management will protect each other and are tight group so no point in complaining to them about anything.

This agency is fairly new and the individuals are high risk who have been apprehended. Lots of turn over in staff due to a lack of experience working with this population. Staff I have worked with struggle with communicating as a team. 
Still some glitches to work out with the agency and if they can keep quality staff it will help with consistent client centered care. It would be beneficial if the agancy paid for training and professional development.

This would be a great place to work if the team lead was trained to lead, communication between staff is non-existent, hours are switched and never guaranteed. You could be working 2 shifts a week to 2 shifts a month , you won’t work the hours you were hired for . There needs to be an overhaul on staff support, communication, the team leader need to be approachable and engage with staff. There should be a training guideline for new hires and leaders need to be upfront regarding hours, job description .

Toxic work environment with lots of  karens who by all means gets into your nerves and they hardly follow company rules, harsh and scream at youths most of the time, also management is weak/ unstable and cannot say much about those karens. There's also high labor turnovers, lazy coworkers and many others.

Loved the kids at this job which was what made me want to go into work. But the management is  disgustingly awful and treats you like you're nothing. There is no communication between management nor team leads and child and youth care workers. The company treats its staff as if you are expendable, and there are really no opportunities for growth.  

this company seems a bit smaller so therefore the work is relaxed. really enjoy working with the kids, always excited to take them on outings for work. Get to go to games, other community events. management is always helpful when i need to adjust my hours. sometimes staff are talking about eachother. overall not bad

Management at this place had very little to no respespect for the client and case workers.
Have witness name calling,unfair,degrading,treatment of the staff from management. 
Do not recommend unless you have high tolerance for unfair treatment and just need a paycheck..

Management is a joke, they gossip about staffs and pretend like they care...worst job ever. Do not work here unless you want to be spoken to in a condescending tone. No proper training to make staff effective in thier position..I almost lost my self esteem and confidence when I worked here...I am glad I left. 

Work can be fast paced with the kiddo's but they are a great team with strong work ethics. Lot's of training available. Good management, they addressed issues promptly.
