What is the best part of working at the company?
Residents were always great I miss them dearly 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Clikey and a huge amount of favoritism is shown it’s popularity context and if you stick up for your self they’ll fire you for no reason 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Sometimes it’s okay but largely very high school like and people are mean 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Not so great by the end of it due to employees

The facilities are great for the resident and the way the different departments work together to make sure the residents are cared for is so great to see. it's a positive environment to work in and management is so supportive to their staff. Good pay and benefits for their staff is a huge bonus and different incentives during the year keep things fun and positive. I've worked in many different places and Chapel Heights is by far one of the best places I have worked 

Chapel heights has been a great place to work for nearly a year for myself. I felt welcome upon starting and there was always someone to go to for guidance if I needed assistance. The team has changed a lot in the past year, all for the better. Great teamwork and respect among coworkers. 
The PSW staff is great to work with, they really care for the residents and their well being. 
Managers listen to concerns from staff whether they are big or small, everything is important to them and they try to resolve all that they can. 

I worked at this company for 4 months and I have nothing nice to say about it other then the residents are amazing.. Management has favorites and unless you kiss managers butt you will not get anywhere. They pay is worse then I have ever seen as a PSW and they treat there good staff horribly 

There are far better places out there then this one. 

My experience here was not good. Always hiring. The residents are far too complex for this setting and the staff. Noone seems happy. Heavy workload for the frontline staff, no amount of pay can make up for what you have to deal with. Many residents have complex behavioral problems and can get violent with staff.

I would recommend any type of position at this company. Great staff to work with and very flexible with hours. Always able to learn different things from different departments. Overall terrific work environment. 

You won't find a better group of residents. Great staff who believe in working together with a resident focus. Supportive management. Staff incentives/celebration programs. 

Chapel Heights is fast paced and is Retirement with some physical and cognitive disabilities. Staff to resident ratio is good. Management open minded and approachable.  Good place to work!
