I regret to express that my experience with Charger as an ex-employer was deeply disheartening. The company exhibited a blatant disregard for work-life balance, often pressuring employees to work beyond reasonable hours without proper compensation.

One concerning practice involved fraudulent handling of pay stubs, where overtime hours worked (56 hours) were unfairly compensated as standard hours (44 hours). This not only undermined the trust of employees but also demonstrated a lack of integrity in the company’s financial practices.

Furthermore, the promotion and appreciation system appeared to favor individuals with personal connections to upper management, fostering an unhealthy work environment. Managers engaged in high politics, stealing credit from hardworking employees and contributing to one of the highest employee turnover rates I have ever witnessed.

The company’s exploitation of international students, promising assistance in their permanent residence journey while underpaying and overworking them, is particularly troubling. Such practices not only harm individuals but also reflect poorly on the company’s ethical standards. Overall, my time at Charger was marked by systemic issues that need urgent attention and rectification.

The company is so badly managed that they first of all hire you for 9hrs & 6 days shift saying there will be no overtime payed ever (even if you work extra hours or any hrs above 40 per week) and you can manage that time in future shifts . Secondly they will promise you at least 2 weeks of training to ensure you learn properly prior to handling your job duties whereas when you start after 3-4 days they start pushing you do all the work even you have to stay beyond 9 hrs (without getting paid) and even if you are working the management will just snitch about you for no reason (things like why he is sitting like that , why he is using his cellphone (even if you aren't)). I am telling you its totally wastage of time working for this company. You can earn way more for the same time you are planning to work for this company. 

I’ve been with Charger Logistics for 2 years, and it’s been an incredibly rewarding experience. The work environment here is fantastic—supportive, collaborative, and always striving for excellence.

Management is approachable and genuinely invested in our professional growth. They offer ample opportunities for training and development, and it’s clear they value our input and ideas.

The team is dynamic and diverse, making each day exciting and engaging. I appreciate the flexibility in work arrangements and the emphasis on work-life balance, which really contributes to a positive and productive atmosphere.

Overall, Charger Logistics has been a great place to advance my career and work alongside some truly talented people. I’m proud to be part of such a forward-thinking and supportive organization!

So unprofessional company having no SOP’s to follow, everyone has their own rules that they want everyone to follow especially if you are the new hire, the HR’s don’t even know how to retain their employees and they want you to work like slaves 9 hrs shift 6 days a week total 54 hrs/week with no extra/overtime pay and the management will give you task to do at the end of the shift and they wanted to have it completed by you, even if you have to work beyond your 9 hrs shift. Worst company to join, its only good, if you want to have some experience as a student/work permit holder. 
I’ll suggest to invest some more time looking job in better company rather wasting time at charger logistics.

As a junior accountant at Charger Logistics, I’ve experienced a supportive and collaborative work environment. The company provides excellent training and opportunities for professional development, with a strong emphasis on career advancement. While there are occasional high-pressure situations, the team’s support and the company’s commitment to work-life balance make it a rewarding place to work.

As a new driver, I was a bit nervous about starting, but Charger Logistics provided excellent training. They really emphasise safety, which made me feel confident on the road. The trainers are experienced, patient, and always available to answer questions. I’ve learned a lot since I started.

The pay is decent, and the benefits are solid. They also have a strong focus on safety, which is great.


I’ve worked with this company for almost 6 years within that period I saw company grow but at the same time I see the standards of company fall for drivers. People with no people manners getting on dispatch who always carry argumentative nature and reach to go in an argument with you. They keep personal grudges against drivers and also you always being pushed to do things what you don’t wanna do. They always wants you to work over the weekends when you don’t sign up for that. Some people were really good but most of them are two face and you will find two many brown nosers working among you. So be careful what comes out of your mouth.

Charger Logistics is a relatively new company in the transportation business but the hard work and persistence of the management has brought it face to face with the big players. Several big contracts scored over few years has got the ball rolling for the company which has expanded numerous folds in a very short period. It is mainly based of south Asian employees, which is their biggest asset and also the worst drawback. Having to work in a family run business where there is no formal panel of discussion gives it a rigid feel but also grooms one for tougher challenges in the corporate world.
