As an employee within this organization, it's disheartening to report that the management, with the exception of one individual, exhibits qualities that range from snotty and unencouraging to downright lazy. It's evident that the majority of management consists of boomers who adhere to outdated notions of workplace dynamics.

First and foremost, there's an overwhelming sense of stagnation enforced by management. Employees are expected to sit in one spot for the entire day, reminiscent of an era long past where mobility and flexibility were frowned upon. Despite excelling at our jobs, recognition is scarce, with rewards amounting to nothing more than a fleeting high five. Management's focus seems to be fixated solely on the areas where employees fall short, rather than acknowledging and fostering their strengths.

Moreover, the absurdity reaches new heights when management takes it upon themselves to express disappointment if an employee doesn't drive a Toyota. It's baffling how personal vehicle choices could even remotely affect one's professional capabilities, yet this sentiment is unfortunately prevalent within the management echelons.

Overall, the management's approach is archaic, counterproductive, and regrettably out of touch with the realities of modern workplaces. Employees are left feeling demoralized and unappreciated, with little hope for positive change on the horizon. Unless significant reforms are enacted, this organization risks losing talented individuals who refuse to tolerate such detrimental management practices.

Charlesglen is filled with amazing individuals; and is a thriving, fun, and challenging place to work. However, if you raise too many questions or don't fall in line with the correct managers, you will hit walls repeatedly. Unfortunately, this also has to do with job security and advancement. Like many places, many promises can be made, but I found they tend to go nowhere as the managers often play favourites or do not want to take part in the responsibility associated with changing things that don't work or serve their staff.

Charlesglen does have 'some' amazing individuals for sure; and the support from fellow product advisors is "outstanding!" However, if don't fall in line with the 'right' managers, it can be a "very" rough ride... incredibly 'childish'. Unfortunately, this effects job security and advancement.  Managers often play favourites or do not want to accept "any" responsibility when expectations aren't met. Car sales meetings can be like Network Marketing Cults. Praise you like hero if you're the top person and humiliate you if not.

Management likes to choose favorites. They will fire you without warning if they feel like it. Most of the techs (whether still employed there or not) feel like management is not on their side and the sales team is the most important team. Charlesglen likes to make you think they are one big family but it is a very cut-throat environment. Over the entire time I worked here, I can’t think of more than one instance when i was asked if I was doing okay.

Introduce our products to customers, convincing customers to buy/order the product, following up the ETA until delivery. Some managers are very supportive. Shortage of supply is the main difficulty.

I absolutely loved my time at Charlesglen. They have a great management team, and lot's of opportunity to grow. There is many employees that have been there for many years. I found that they were open to listen, and really celebrate the team members. I miss the team there!

This company has THE BEST work culture from staff to management, it is worth the pay cut I took to work here. I've never enjoyed work as much as I do with this company. I would recommend it to all my family and friends. There isn't a place in the world like it.

Overall, not a bad place to work. Most co-workers were great to work with. Not a lot of opportunity to grow within the company due to favorites. There was also not a lot of work/life balance. I found myself struggling to have my own time and not actually be working.

Summary already told you everything. And for the marketing side, they got long way to go. And please don't make any friends there, actually if you want this kind of job, don't make friends in anywhere.

We have a reason to celebrate daily. Transparent to customer unlike other dealership. Very approachable Managers and will teach you a lot of good things.
