Discriminating ,harassing practices ,they do not follow their own regulations or even the employment act . I have been harassed and assaulted by upper end management on many occasions ,my complaints were always laughed at . I was assaulted by an upper management employee and the manager didn`t want to file a report . I worked for 5 years without an increase in salary and when I asked for my personal file I was jerked around and it took well over 1 month to obtain and it was scrubbed clean of information.

 The rules were never explained clearly, when I was in training class ,we were warned to never let any one "piggy back" on to your swipe card and make sure the door closed in back of you .When I entered the building I made sure to close the door and I advised the girl she would have to use her card to swipe in. I was pulled aside by another employee and heavily chastised and written up I was told that she had a right to come in on my card.
 I was pulled into a room by a  manager who called in a new employee and the employee threatened my life  and the manager had a huge smile on her face during the whole 1 hour berating session . Apparently the employee was offended because I breathed heavily and rolled my eyes as I walked by her from my return from the bathroom. I was having a crummy day with a pc that kept locking up and customers yelling at me because they couldn`t get their way.                                                                                     
 On a regular basis I was pulled aside and given heck for stupid reasoning, at one point in time I had a girl come by and tell me that there was a complaint filed because I was coughing too loudly .

 I applied for another position and did the interview process and it was looking like I was going to get the position,when I mentioned to my manager she started to panic and got right on the computer and started sending emails,within a few minutes I got the email saying that I didn`t get the position. In my 4 years of employment I was never late,I never had a "no show or no call" I always took the time to help out ,I was always at work 1 hour or more before time so I could log in and read emails and any compliance changes,I loved my job and helping people out,the management they didn`t care about the employees. 
I had employees that stole things from me desk ,when I worked a late shift one evening some scum bag decided to steal my lunch that I had purchased before my shift . Five hours later when I went to get my meal it was gone out of the "special" fridge,I posted and note on the fridge stating that I wanted it back and it had cost me 15 dollars ,according to a friend of mine a picture of my note showed up on an employees "face book page" and she made fun of it. HR apparently was notified of the picture and whom posted it,but nothing was done and the employee who broke regulations  she was not reprimanded.
This was a clear policy breach of posting any Chase interior photos to social media . To this day I still hear horror stories of other employees that left work before me and what the had to face . I could continue writing more about this evil company and it`s evil abusing managers but I hope you get the point by now.
 

To this day I will refer to this criminal company as SA TAN`S BANK.

Data collection from mortgage clients by telephone and online was the most important part of the job. After collecting documents I filed them in a folder in the order required the loan application. I organised the folders in a way which made it easier for co-workers and management to locate the fast.

The hardest part of the job was when client did nit include all needed documentation. I would continue communicating with them and reminding them of the importance of that missing information.

Complying clients made life easy for management and staff and a pleasant atmosphere prevailed in the office and management ordered eats for the whole office.

Nice environment, team/organizational building activities, reasonable management - I was surprised with how many managers from across different departments would know my name and appearance. When I left, they changed from formal wear to smart casual, allowed black jeans etc. very nice change. Good co-workers, can chit-chat a little bit when not too busy ... busy work load throughout the year, you do get a nice break around Christmas with less work, food, chit-chat, listen to music!!

I really enjoyed working at Chase. The workplace culture was very friendly and I enjoyed meeting new customers. It was very interesting to watch new customer relationships developing into a regular clientele base. Everyday I would learn something new, which I applied to my professional growth.
The hard part of the job was that there was no margin for errors. I always had to be on guard for fraudulent activity. The most enjoyable part of the job was working with money.

Attending at least 150 calls per day.

No Life balance /Work.

Set own goals most of the time and be your own manager to finish task and sales task.

Working at chase is very time consuming. My branch has never been fully staffed meaning I get stuck working open to close Monday thru Friday and I am lucky if I get one Saturday off in a month. There is little room for growth. If you are needed in your position then there is no way you can move up In the company. Men get paid more than women and the compensation isn't great.

Most days involve customer contact; either via phone or email or in the branch. I really enjoy helping customers achieve their goals - both financial and personal - so I feel comfortable in my position. Like any corporate structure that is heavy on management, there are times that you feel pressure and/or stress, but that comes with the territory.

It's a decent job. Pays decently. Works decently. Fast-paced. Many job tasks combined under one role. The hardest part of the job would be learning how to co-operate with coworkers and management since sometimes they're short on time to be able to actually coach one on one. Overall a good job to work at if its what you'd like to do.  The most enjoyable part of the job would be meeting all the customers and being able to get to know them as time goes by.

Depending which branch you work at it is a great place to work. You get to know some of your customers really well and it’s a great feeling. Management can be stressful at times because they can give the ok for things when you’ve already told a customer no. When it comes to career mobility there isn’t much room for growth and some managers don’t know how to help you move up you really have to figure a lot of it out on your own.
