The people who don't make it in this position are those who handle stress and complex issues poorly. Check Point is great to work at if you are a problem solver. The chances and opportunities to grow and advance from here far outweigh any cons that there are in my personal opinion. 

Everyone is here to help the people that have worked here for a long time know that you don't get anywhere in this job by yourself and that you need to ask others for help to do the best you can and it breeds a wonderful team enviornment

Probably the biggest positive about CheckPoint is that the initial training for their entry-level position is pretty good. 

The negative aspect is that the caseload can be very high. You will often feel obligated to stay past your shift time to finish calls because teams are usually short-staffed so there's no one to take your call. A part of your performance review is based on if you achieve a CheckPoint certification, and they expect you to pass one every 6 months. The problem is that you never get any time to train for it, so they expect you to learn on your own time. 







Fast pace environment, lots of opportunities to learn and grow. 

Enjoyable at lower positions in the company working as lower level engineers, but various aspects become stressful as the technical engineers do not have control over some aspects/deadlines that need to be met.

Management is the worst I've ever seen. When something goes wrong due to lack of procedure consistency, it's never the manager's fault. During my time due to management's lack of processes and honesty mutliple employees were fired istead of addressing the root of the problem. Promotions are given to people who do the least amount of work. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking to improve their career.

I learned a lot during my internship as a Cybersecurity specialist. Especially VPN and endpoint. They were great and collaborative , full of passion and very professional when it comes to work and serving customers to troubleshoot; their technical support are great and also they solve the issues without any complications.

The Check Point Software Technologies is one of the best Internet security companies of world. It has skilled staff, the engineers are well-versed with the technologies and products of the company. It cates about the employees.it promotes diversity.

It was a great experience working at Checkpoint. The interview process was extremely unique. The learning curve is huge. You will come out with extremely competitive skillsets working at this place. Training was great and team activities amazing. Though highly stressful, it is an experience I'll forever be grateful.

Cor an individual that is goal oriented/driven, Check Point is actually a great place to start out in network security.  There are many technologies to learn and the company is an industry leader.
