To Provide safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for clients. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Working with colleague not cooperating, unprofessional, power trip, complaining Unnecessary complaints.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Poor management. Not pairly given benefits or treatment to new employee. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Everyday struggling to work with co workers and residents. They will not teach you properly you will learn by yourself. No teamwork.

Working at Cheshire homes  of Saskatoon was one of the worse places I’ve worked in my life .  Adult workers bullying management bullying. I’d give it a 0

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful part was some coworkers and office manager while I worked there

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment when I worked there was on a scale of 1 to 10 I give it a 4 . 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Very busy with residents and house chores

There have been many changes and I enjoy my job with Cheshire.  I’ve been there over 10 years and I find fulfillment in my role. Team members are good but the residents are the best!  Management is fresh and making many positive improvements. It’s not perfect but it’s on the right track. Pay is fair but lower than health region. Funding is Social Services. Pension and Benefits help. 

Stay far away. Not worth your time. No job security. Incompetent Director. Verbal abuse. Director likes to talk down & take advantage or people.
When I was first hired I was told that no one in my position lasts anything longer than 7 months.... now I see why.

Payment system, good management

No stress once you understand the routine

Good working environment, good staff and nice management 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I am Always happy at work with my colleagues and residents

Cheshire is a great place, I love my job and most of all the residents.   There have been many changes here and the management has handled them well.  The residents are long lasting and they love it here.  Job is busy and I enjoy that.  There is time for resident engagement and we have fun.
