Really love the team, culture, and learning sessions they do. I learned a lot about the shipping and logistics industry and how to deal with clients. Management is very friendly and easy to work with. 

The only knock would be that strategy and direction can change in a hurry. I didn't get to see many of my proposals and projects become realities, but with the industry constantly changing and competition being so aggressive, I get why pivoting needs to happen regularly. 

The most enjoyable part of the job is working with the wonderful team; they are caring, compassionate, and genuinely want to help everyone succeed. The CEO is an incredible human being and wants his team to be happy, healthy, and productive. I worked remotely, which was great, and hours were flexible as long as I got my work done. I also enjoyed the team-building events, given that the team is full of amazing people. 

I would absolutely be open to returning if the right opportunity comes along; it's the best company I've ever worked for in my 25-year career, and the team really does feel like family - I miss them all, and I'm cheering for them and the business on the sidelines. 

If you're looking for any kind of job security DO NOT WORK HERE, I was let go after less than a week and given a inconclusive reason for my release. The management team along with their HR team is extremely inconsistent and incompetent. This company uses the pump and dumb strategy in order to cycle in different people in order to fulfil their work. They do not care for the individual and only care about the gross amount of work completed. No matter how hard you work you can be let go by this company and given zero reason. They are looking for people who can fit their bill and if you aren't they will use you  let you go. I highly recommend you do not apply for this position if you are a team oriented person as there is a complete lack of any teamwork or communication that goes on in this workplace. This workplace is not worth the dollar extra. 

At first I was excited to work here. As I got to know how everything works, the company itself has a steady amount of clients. However the upper management does not care about you. Everyone I work with all talk in their own language, which I think is rude. Talk in your home language on you’re break. Co workers will throw you under the bus the first chance they get. Some of them are bullies. I have tried to communicate with hr, but their hr team is a joke and does not care. If you don’t care about getting belittled at a company, apply here. If u want a voice and to be treated fairly, stay away. I wanted this opportunity to work out but it just tore me apart in the end and I had to leave for my own sanity. I do not recommend this company at all. 

Working here has been one of the worst job experiences I have ever had. I really liked all my co workers, they made going to work fun. The upper management with this company does not care about you. The pay per hour is horrible. There is no room for growth. HR is joke, if you have a complaint, nothing is confidential. The upper management treats everyone like gum on the bottom of their shoe. Save your time and go apply elsewhere. You deserve better. We all deserve to be treated better.

I haven't been here long, but so far, I have absolutely loved it here. There have been 2 opportunities available to me for advancement, 1 I opted out of and 1 I have yet to apply for. The teams at the Burlington branch are fun, friendly and hard working and the individual branch teams are always pleasant and on top of things. 

The company also pays for you to have your birthday off! Which i think is fantastic! 


Pathetic work environment - HR Team is the worst in Canada. One person led team who has ruined the culture of the company. Enter at your own risk.
Management has no idea of what is going on with it's people. Nobody to listen to employee grievances, forget about resolution.

Great leadership, they care about what you have to say and take into account when making decisions. Comapny is cross country and works in collaboration with all regions. Front line staff is motivated and passionate about clients and business growth. 

Great team of drivers and warehouse/customer service associates at each branch. 

Far more organized than most places Ive worked within a similar industry.

Well maintained vehicles. 



never worked for a company with such a huge turn over rate. management doesn’t seem to care at all about the employees working minimum wage that run their company. no clear policy and procedures across branches.
