The day was pretty much routine - gym, breakfast, saftey meeting, work, PPE, MSDS, Stocking up and reporting what was needed. Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying garbages, cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and bathrooms, dusting ect. Management was constantly changing. My coworkers over all were great, some tended to get caught up in the drama of nothingness - I tend to avoid those people. Hardest part of the job was listening to people whine about the simplest of tasks. I enjoyed having secured physical employment.

Management is helpful and layed back. Most of the guys I worked with were 50+ so almost no drama. The pay was very good. The trucks were old and held together with duct tape but they try really hard to keep them running. For the amount they were paying I can live with a old truck. They were willing to train and help you learn to do the job better with helpful advise and a teaching attitude if you were doing something wrong with plenty of time to learn how to do it right. I would have to say it was one of the friendliest and helpful places I have worked in the last 20 years.

I worked here for a year as a custodian, and my biggest problem was with how unorganized the whole company was. They didn't know what they were doing half the time, and would not let you know till the last second if you were changing sites or if your shift was changing. Other then that it was not a bad job. The management was nice, and also the other workers. It's not a job I would want forever, but it was good enough to let me get ahead and live comfortably.

Don't waste you time on this company if you are a professional safety advisor.  No training, no safety culture, not intrested in building a safety minded work force. Safety advisor are considered expense not an asset to the companies success. You will be over worked under paid and dropped like an hot potato without notice. Save yourself some time and embarrassment by not working for this company.

I'm looking for a job as truck driver or janitor work or anything you might to offer. I'm not afraid for new things and working hours is no object. I have my cso card. I work on site for diversified driving bus from Athabasca camp to syncrude site. Drove Tractor Trailer and many size of trucks for 35 yrs or more. Looking forward to here from you. Thank You.

12 hour shifts 7-14 days straight days of digging, building ,lifting. the management is good for the most part. hardest part of the job are the constant long hours for alot of consecutive days. the most enjoyable part is working with all the different people.

Management is terrible, hiring is on friend or family, do one thing wrong you're fired. No tolerance for needing time off for personal reasons or family matters. Will let certain people get away with murder but fire others for a simple mistake. Gossip. I could go on.

My job with CRE was very rewarding. 

Everyday on the job I learned something new, either from peers or Clients we were conducting business with.

This organization originated in a janitorial sector. They have grown and expanded taking on Construction and other ventures. There is experience combined with inexperience. They are headed in the right direction for success and growth in the future.
