My typical day at Chrono Aviation involves coordinating flight schedules, monitoring weather conditions, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of flights. I work closely with pilots and OCC to plan routes, calculate fuel requirements, and make real-time decisions to optimize flight safety and efficiency. My responsibilities often involve working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment but it is what makes my experience in Chrono Aviation great!

I find satisfaction in knowing that my work directly contributes to the safe and efficient movement of passengers and cargo. Solving logistical puzzles, optimizing flight routes, and successfully handling operational challenges is  highly rewarding for me. Additionally, the sense of camaraderie and teamwork within the team can create a fulfilling work environment.

CHRONO AVIATION is a great place to work!! The supportive environment, collaborative teams, and opportunities for the growth made my time valuable. Great benefits and good salary is a BONUS! I always felt at home whenever I walked into that building. Everyone working in CHORO is very helpful and kind. So thankful to work with CHRONO!!

In terms of airport facilities, everything is clean and organize. They took really good care at their passengers from check-in up to reaching the passengers destination.

The airport staffs are all friendly and accommodating. No words to say they are the best co-workers!!

What is the best part of working at the company?
Worst management in aviation, treat employees with disrespect and try to constantly instill fear. Employees have no opinion and don’t matter

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Flight attendant manager… she is disrespectful to everyone and treats employees badly

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Uninviting and mentally draining 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Different as a flight attendant

Terrible management. They treat all of us like a number. Most pilots are upset by the way they treat us. Very negative place to work and the upper management is out of touch, clearly did not learn from the last bankruptcy issues. Would not be surprised if we lost our jobs here.

Pilots are fun to fly with, the flying itself is fun. 

I'm ok with the fact that their need was a question of time.
I'm proud of what I've done and learned within these few mounths..different tasks all the time. And co-workers that double checked the jobs were patient and willing to pass information I'd need and show-how.

Could have been the best job i ever had , i will just say this, look elsewhere .Can be very interesting learning about aviation.
Unfortunately i would not recommend this job.

At chrono aviation, everyday is a new challenge 
Alot of motivation to come to work, Nice work environment and friendly coworkers.
They have a excellent team and good management. The company say "Chez Chrono, On bouge ici" I can say that Yes we do !!! 


As a foreign national, Chrono Aviation hires and helps me a lot.   A typical day at work is mostly at the ramp.  The most enjoyable part of the job is being a loadmaster where you get a chance to fly all over Canada with per diem.

They would only  promote you, if you agree to become a muppet and if you are able to put down employes moral.
Woman are definitly on fist step.

Directors disrespect employees - work environment unpleasant with jealousy and disrespect. Horrible schedule. Zero advancement no goot salary, staff come and go
