This was the most stressful place I have ever worked at.  At least once a day an employee is seen crying.  The pay is minimum wage basically but the workload is so heavy plus you get very little training.  They also claim that it is relaxed and you are free to move around (which is the reason you don't get any breaks) but the minute you are away from your desk, someone is out looking for you and telling you to return to your desk.  Employees are looked down on by management and the rules for employees don't apply to them.  They are often seen chatting and laughing but if you make one little sound, someone will rush right over to shhhhh you.  I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.  The only good thing about this place is the employees, but the good ones never stay and there is always someone on sick leave because YES that place is so toxic that people literally get sick.

Expected to do the job of multiple people as the turnover rate is so high. Loyal employees treated with no respect and are leaving because of it. Multiple stress leaves taken from employees. Cant keep a new employee to save the companys life. Management likes to lock themselves in their office. Youre expected to work like a robot, make very minimal errors ( if you screw up they will decrease your measly yearly pay increase)  When asking for a higher wage because your work load is that of 6 people youre told no and that "if you dont like it you can leave" 

Favoritism is a common thing in this company and management hires family and they are all friends outside of work.

LOTS OF D.R.A.M.A. 

If you can avoid it, I highly recommend not working here. Unless youre an undercover boss, then I highly reccomend applying here.

Company as a whole, executives/management (just like many others), tended to say a lot of words but rarely put them into action, weekend work is mandatory every month instead of set shifts, management doesn't seem to be able to tell the difference between good ideas and bad ones, which leads to a lot of unnecessary and convoluted process changes, while not fixing the processes that did need fixing, when questions are asked (when an issue occurs on a call that some form of assistance is required) they are usually not answered in a timely fashion, which can lead to more escalations, and the escalation process was absolutely terrible. 

Working at ClaimSecure was an extremely great opportunity to refine my skill set. I truly believed I was an organized meticulous person before starting to working there, I was very mistaken and quickly learned that efficiency and organization are very important skills to have.

The management here is like no other, they truly care for their employees and will try everything in their power to accommodate any time off needed for appointments ect.

The fast paced extremely challenging non-stop way of claimSecure made the day go by so quickly. This is exactly what I look for I work best in chaos and it was exactly that.

A typical day at work is to update the date in a SQL query, run it and pass the data to excel and save the file. It is very boring. Nothing is learned and the team lead is underqualified for this job. I do not recommend it at all.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Not much.  Very good at ruining carreers.  I was involved and delivered every major project for four years, yet they let me go without reason.  Not interested in the growth of employees and little to no time for training.  

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The agile part is very stressful as they claim to be agile but throw out the principals of agile as soon as things go late or problems happen

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Work from home, but they seem to be moving to contract outsourcing.

It's hard to stay employed at Claimsecure because they clsim you are hired as permanent full-time, but end your contract after 6 months if you aren't wowing them to no ends.  They will get their auditors on your case to nit pick against you in your work to find excuses to "end your contract" even when you understood that you were permanent full-time in the beginning.  Not very trustworthy or ethical.  The integrity of the managers is questionable.  They like to micromanage you making life at the office very intolerable and really pressured and stressful.  Worste job situation I'd ever been in, really.  

It is a terrible place to work......find something else as you will hate this place. No breaks and they are on your case all the time.  Very cheap pay and extremely poor management in Sudbury, Ontario.  This place should be shut down....closed for good and out of Sudbury.  DiBrina should find a new client as this place is an embarrassment to such an excellent company.  They rip off clients by double charging for typing errors they make on claims and refuse to take ownership for their mistakes and they are losing clients all the time due to poor work performance.  IT SUCKS!!!!

Worked here for 2 weeks and was fired. 
Training sucks- gets someone from another department to train you 
Was hired with another person and they barely had time to train one of us
Manager is very rude when that person  fires you, was nice and funny before 
Mailroom staff is nice and the only people I learned something from (thanks) 
They say your not expected to know everything but trust me you are
Front desk person is also nice 
Big manager is very nice 
Nice place overall 
The one person who knows everything is nice but you can’t go to her for help because she’s to busy as she’s doing the work for 3 people who aren’t there because they don’t have employees.

Great place to enter the work field as they provide opportunities to people fresh out school or with minimal experience however that is where the positive ends.
Small company that has way too big of a work load for their staff size at both offices. The lack of training, throwing employees to the wind and proving little support makes it difficult to enjoy any role. Days spent with employees from both offices so stressed, tears everyday and what seems like a never ending hole.
Management doe not seem to care about their people, only about the roles at hand. Each and every person is disposable.
