Good place to work, flexible schedule and mostly good communication and direction from manager/management on how to do the job on the floor, not as much direction given to how the cash worked. Workplace culture was business-like and pleasant. Hardest part of job was learning some cash transaction such as reimbursements and exchanges more practice was needed but not given in my case. Most enjoyable part of the job was the interaction with customers and operating the cash. 

You come in and you get your schedule for the day, what needs to be done, what you can do if you're not busy

I love my team, the girls I work with and my direct manager

My district manager is also one of the best I've ever had.

But Claire France is such a small company that there's no real advancement opportunities.

Learned a lot about working with customers and how every individual is very different.
I love to work with customers and put a smile on their faces

Loved the manager!  Super fun environment and experience . Day consisted of greeting customers helping them pick out the right outfit, cash, placing clothes, 

Basic retail. Nothing much else to say about it. It was fun while it lasted. Good for beginners in general. Clientele is much older and good are decent.

Alright place to work. not very organized though. Management was also lacking.
