I am going to be candid here in 2022 number. They pay FSTs about 20K over market rates. Which is good. They offer onsite training in their main office, which is good. They offer profit sharing, and even benefits from day #1 all of this is good.

Look at the downsides.

They have a huge turnover rate of people. I was there less than a month, and was let go for rather mysterious reasons. I think during my time I saw at least one person leave a week! This isn't a big company. Consider that a MAJOR RED FLAG!

You want infighting? You have it in spades! There is always ribbing in the workplace, but I saw out and out hostility between coworkers to the point where they refused to work with one another, and management did bumpkiss about it!

As an experienced FST the work they need done is straightforward, and easy to do. The big problem is the paperwork. I've never seen or dealt with a more convoluted mess in my 10 years of experience working in the field.

This is a company that has a MAJOR problem retaining talent. Given how during my time there I met people with 9+ years experienced and then it nose dived to under a year.

I cannot be clear enough, if you decide to apply to work for them, and if you are hired by them. Be ready to leave. Since based on my limited experience with them, I now wish I had passed on the job offer.

The many pro’s include the profit sharing, and met some great coworkers, now turned into long life time friends. They offer a decent benefit, but it could be better, if you have children and a spouse to take of as the benefits don’t cover a lot for that. 

The con’s include the negative changes in structure and processes within the company. The pay scale grade at Clarion is stuck in 2010. With record breaking sales, there are little to no increase in salary. The whole idea and concept of a salary is a scam. You have to stay at Clarion for a whole year before you receive the profit sharing whether it’s your decision to leave or if they fire you. Being at Clarion is like walking on egg shells. Everyone is backstabbing each other in the back wanting a promotion and/or more money. Think of it as the hunger games. Everyone is hungry for the money, as far as a corporate job goes, they are greedy for money just like anywhere else. Run as fast as you can because it’s only going to get worst from here on out. 



What is the best part of working at the company?
I have been working at Clarion for over five years, and it has been a very positive experience. The team is knowledgeable, supportive, and dedicated to doing great work. Teamwork and collaboration are truly part of the company culture, and there is a strong sense of belonging among employees. Clarion also offers several advantages, both professionally and financially, which makes it a great place to grow and build a career.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Every job comes with its share of challenges and sometimes more stressful moments, but I can’t say there is anything truly overwhelming. We are always well supported, which is one of the advantages of working for a well-established company that has been around for many years and remains focused on finding solutions.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
TEAMWORK – COMMITMENT – DETERMINATION – INTEGRITY

I’ve personally had a very positive experience working here. The company provides flexible working arrangements that allow employees to split their time between home and the office where possible, which makes it much easier to maintain a good balance between work and personal life. The compensation package is also very competitive, with performance bonuses, profit sharing, and strong benefits. The workplace culture is supportive and employee wellbeing is taken seriously.

The workload can sometimes be demanding during peak periods, which can feel stressful at times, but those busy stretches are usually followed by calmer periods that allow everyone to regroup. I’ve also seen some crazy negative comments posted online, but from my perspective they don’t reflect the reality of the workplace I’ve experienced. Overall, it’s been a rewarding place to work and I appreciate the opportunities the company provides.

-This company reminded me of highschool: there were the favourites and then everyone else.  
-They worship the sales people and everyone else is disposable.  
-Management decided to change to a different computer system that was about 20 years out of date due to parent company demand.  Stupidest decision I've ever seen a company make.
-They considered a 1% salary raise to be a huge gift.  Hint: it was not, in fact is offended me.
-They over-promised and under-delivered concerning my opportunities to advance.  I at one time was also doing the work of 2 people, so not ideal.
-Hour long lunch is good, except on the days when they had required "lunch and learns".  It's exhausting not having an hour to recharge, but they didn't care.

Respect, recognition, growth, communication, and investment.
Those are the five words that best describe my experience at Clarion Medical Technologies. I'm not part of the management team so please don't think this review is bias. I've been here over 8 years and I'm still in love with my job. I've watched the leadership team make a serious investment in the employees. One of their main goals is to always get the staff feedback and see what they can do to improve it.
A few highlights I've seen:
•	Increased the starting vacation for new employees.
•	Zero layoffs during the Covid-19 pandemic.
•	Any amazing bonus structure. 

The things we do for our community and our customers is awesome and the technology we deal with is amazing. This is the job I want to do until I retire.


Clarion is a fast paced environment that is constantly evolving. If you want to work in a place that you will have the opportunity to learn and grow daily this is the place for you.  I learn something new everyday. Clarion has a great employee centric culture, good work life balance and lots of fun planned activities for employees to participate in. The company has an entrepreneurial spirit so the Management team provides employees with a lot of autonomy  and opportunity to incorporate their own ideas into they way we do things. It can be a demanding work environment and balancing priorities is the biggest challenge. The best part of Clarion is the dedicated and talented people, they make coming to work everyday a pleasure!

Overall, it’s been a positive experience working here. The company culture is supportive and collaborative, and colleagues are generally very communicative and willing to help each other. There is a good team environment, which makes day-to-day work more enjoyable.

Since the role often involves working in the field, not every piece of information is always available, so it sometimes requires extra effort to adapt and solve problems in different situations. Being reflective and proactive helps a lot in navigating those challenges.

Overall, it’s a solid place to work with a supportive team and good learning opportunities.

Please don't believe a lot of the positive reviews you have read - management has told their managers to post positive reviews to counter the negative reviews they have actually received.
Terrible "leadership team" -no vision or strategy.  They are living in the past and have not created any strategy for dealing with new competitive landscape.  They fire people instead of trying to understand what is really going on.
Benefits are terrible, pay is terrible. They'll lure you with ridiculous claims of what you can make - impossible to achieve. They laugh when they are confronted with the fact that the quotas are unachievable, Do yourself a favour and don't bother working here.

Very unprofessional management team - using profanity and fighting amongst themselves in front of sales reps.  Unrealistic view of market - it would help if they would try to meet customers instead of pretending to know what the issues are.
No vision - they are just a distributor and therefore have no control over what their clients do from a marketing and support perspective.  Terrible management team - great staff but they are all stuck with no place else to go.
Firing people is the favourite past time - turnover rate is unbelievable.
Don't work here - just ask anyone that has ever been there.
