The worst place I have ever worked. The office staff pretends to come off as nice and supportive, but don’t be fooled they set you up for failure and go against their own policies of gossiping and they all do the same thing. You are constantly walking on egg shells and confused on what actually needs to be done. After 2 years at this company I’m happy to say I finally left and they can no longer belittle me or take a negative tole on my mental health. My last day was my best day! Don’t bother brining up any questions, concerns or personal issues or else it will get thrown in your face and you get written up. The pay is not worth the amount of work you have to do to complete perfection. You also spend a TON of your own $$$ on laundry and gas expenses. Client for this company will tell you about their negative experiences with the office staff and tell you start your own business. If that’s not a sign I don’t know what is! You will also go no where. Never get raises ever. And if your lucky it’s $0.25. I can’t even cover all the bad things wrong with this company, this list is never ending. Go work somewhere you are appreciated and don’t get yelled at and things thrown in your face!! If your mental health is important to you, I’d keep scrolling otherwise be prepared for a downhill spiral out of control with zero control and being set up for failure. 

Perks:
-flexible schedule
-weekends off
-can take as much time off as often as you’d like as long as there’s 2 weeks of notice
-coworkers in field are typically very nice and decent at their job

Cons:
-the head office/employers are AWFUL. They are super unclear on protocol, and break it constantly. I’ve even been scolded for following protocol multiple times. They are also incredibly rude and not considerate of their employer’s time. 
-last minute changes to schedules constantly.
-pay is inconsistent due to us only getting paid for the cleans we go to. For example, if I were to drive 30 minutes out to a clean, just to have it cancelled when I arrived, and there’s nothing else for me to do that day, I would have to drive 30 minutes home without getting paid at all.
-gas is only partially covered in between cleans. To your first clean and home from your last clean is not covered at all. They will often times schedule you for only one clean so they don’t have to cover any gas.
-if a client cancels within 3 business days, they still charge the client full price, and we don’t see a single penny of that, it all goes to the higher ups.

Very frustrating to work for, but the daily work itself is not bad at all.

Be prepared to spend a lot of your spare time with no pay.  Laundry and fuel expenses are extravagant.  None to very little compensation for said expenses.  Expected to perform miracles in very little time.  No paid breaks and expected to clean to perfection but no real estimation process so no one actually sees the property until you go in to clean it especially if its a first time clean.  Places they send you to could be very bad and they dont care they will still expect it done with very ineffective cleaning products.  Went to bed with very sore/numb arms and hands many nights as the products are ineffective causing the cleaner to use more elbow grease than reasonably needed.  Mistakes are guaranteed with the terrible system they have in place so its impossible to please the office staff.  Don’t bother bringing forward personal issues either as they don’t care.  You are easily disposable in their eyes.

I was newly hired as cleaning staff and I was taught that they care about employees but not. They will let you work like a robot and the most stressful part is the online agents that will annoy you calling and asking why like this why like that. The pay rate for full time is not enough for the work. And when you make mistake they will not give you chance no more. That's why many staff are leaving! Some staff is staying even though they know the situation because they don't have choice. They also didn't give my last few days salary! If there is zero ratings that's what i will give to them! Worst job i ever had!!!

The work is EXTREMELY hard and its minimum wage! Work at McDonald’s for the same wage and do half the work. 
You HAVE to hand wash the kitchen, front and back door, dining area floors which is horrendous and extremely hard on your body. Sometimes clients request ALL of their floor being hand washed so you better get down on your knees and get ready to scrub until your wrist is in pain, and then do the same to the next house you go to. 
Start up your own business, you will be better off

You work by yourself most of the time so you can take multiple breaks if needed. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Dealing with the office and time frames as the office thinks 2 hours is good enough for a first time clean when there’s 4 bathrooms.

Independent work. Rude employers. Employers do not follow protocol and get mad when you do.

The amount of disrespect and arguing is observed so very stressful

I had a great experience working with CleaningPros. The work can be very demanding but they never sugar- coated that, so make sure you are ready to be a hard worker. It is a hard job and I think the pay is fair for the work load. All the of my team members were very supportive and we worked very well together to help each other succeed. Management was very professional and took things seriously. Overall wonderful place to work but it’s not for everyone!

Busy and fast pace work. Great co workers, Flexible hours  , Office staff is easy to get along with if your being fair to them. It goes both ways. 
 cons: this is a physically demanding job, a lot of driving , sometimes the distance between cleaning houses is ridiculous, pay is low for the amount of work and driving, and todays cost of living . Overall it’s a type of job you don’t want to do for life, and I think it great for a mom who wants to make a few bucks, or if you have bigger plans to look forward in the future.

The co-workers are nice.The management is kind and understanding. But if clients cancel the appointment at the very last minute, you don't get paid, not even a penny, for the entire afternoon while the people who work in the office get all the money from the clients for appointment cancelation. You don't get paid for your breaks or lunch or the traveling time between the clients' house, and you only get reimbursement for gas, which is very unfair. 

The worst place to work. The office does not appreciate you and yells at you all the time. The pay is not good and you are forced to go into uncomfortable unsafe homes… I did not feel any support at this job for over 2 years. The last day I worked was the best day for me at the company. Go work somewhere else and make better money and be happy, you deserve it!
