The people are nice enough, the formen are kind of idiots, but any management above them is really nice to deal with. 
Preventative care portion of benefits is great, coverage for chiropractic Care, physiotherapy, acupuncture, massage, all is very good. But heaven forbid you need to see a mental health worker of any kind, your better to get an excavator operator to bury you alive instead because you'll sooner join the next life than get any mental health support covered. Which 0 mental health support, in an industry of people that drink themselves to sleep at night, that work 50 hours a week, the only friends and family they have are their crew, its not a very healthy environment. 

Okay typical work day : meet at trailer , talk about task , walk to site , start working, task begins , Ontario has a problem with the BC way of doing things , they get mad cause the ground is hard .. you get treated poorly for it .. then they decide because it's not going fast enough... We're gunna put people in unsafe conditions to get ahead ... You wanna die over 40 bucks .. feel free. BC division... Just find something else before the end of your life finds you .. they don't care about you .. I promise you.

Early to rise, get to the site, email your team what is to transpire that day with respect to the job site.

So many bosses, people don't know about work and they will try to teach you.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Stabing behind your back. They don't come up front off your face. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Everyday typical day for you. You just don't feel like to go to work in the morning.

check voicemail/emails/faxes and distribute accordingly, order office supplies, assist CEO when required, edit memos, arrange travel, order lunch, screen calls, match packing slips to invoices, make coffee, keep from reception tidy, enter payments, coworkers were helpful but very stressed, hardest part was contacting contractors, and the most enjoyable part was arranging travel and assisting CEO.

Management at Clearway Construction was completely reliable and productive. The co-workers were extremely engaging, allowing myself to benefit from every encounter I had at that company. The hardest part of being an office clerk at that particular office was juggling the mass amount of phone calls and invoices being received at the same time, however that taught everyone in the workplace to manage plenty of situations efficiently and immediately.

It was alright. Office location is not ideal, parking spaces limited and it’s in the industrial part of Maple so there isn’t much around for lunch options without having to spend half your lunch break to get there. They do have an in house chef that can make you a good lunch that’s pretty low cost but not much of a selection. Office layout was weird and colleagues aren’t very friendly

Great company to work for very organized and they have a tremendous amount of great people in every department to work with. Most jobs they are contracted to complete are high stress high risk environments but the company gives all employees every tool and machine to complete the jobs safely no cost is overlooked.

Promises of work that they did not deliver. Regional Director lied about how much work they have.  Superintendent shorted me hours and refuses to pay.  Worst work environment I've experienced in 26 years in the industry. Clearway BC division is unorganized and incompetent in my opinion. Go elsewhere if you want steady work.
