Four ten hour shifts, provide a work life balance, long weekend every week!  The Clek crew is friendly and we work as a team to get the job done and our products out the door!  Management is approachable, flexible and they offer an open door policy! I’ve learned many things working here, and look forward to seeing what the future has in store for Clek and it’s employees!!

I worked at this company and the salaries were paid on time, but the pay was very low compared to the effort put in.

There are no real opportunities for advancement or promotion, making long-term employment pointless.

The work environment does not encourage learning or acquiring new skills.

Overall, I would not recommend it for anyone looking for professional growth or to improve their income.

the company is pleasant, good management, human management, poor management of staff rotation, work preference according to the worker, wear and tear of some new workers (abuse), they must organize rotations, dedicate a minimum time to warm-up exercises or active breaks , the workers are not robots and they get injured

The area is great, close to home, team work is great, management is great, wish the salary was a bit more, add vision care (important) organization ..

Management are very friendly and the work environment is good , easy work different stations thru out the day so you won’t be bored of doing the same thing over and over again the only issue is the pay is too low but other than that it’s a very good company 

I enjoy my work in the Clek inc. Assembly line. Management and staff are friendly and approachable. They never pressure you to reach the daily target of manufactured chairs. The target is reached most of the time with a safe and comfortable work pace.

I like the work-life balance, good benefits, friendly people always ready to support each other. We have an international team and this encourages me to exchange some experience and do my best!

I worked at Clek inc last summer as a summer student. I was recommended the job by a staff member there. It was an enjoyable environment to work in. Everyone was friendly, approachable, and helpful when needed.

Management works hard to ensure that the company culture is a good one. Managers lead from the front by helping in the process when and where needed. Enjoy working 4  10 hour shifts and having 3 day weekends
