The work culture here is one of the worst I have ever seen. Employees aren't shown any respect by management and are merely treated as disposable pawns. While the pay is pretty decent, the company thinks that's more than enough reason to treat us however they want. They couldn’t care less about our well-being, and only cared about making as much money as possible. My work-life balance was horrible during my time here; I had to meet unreasonable expectations, work long hours, and keep up with tight deadlines without any support. Unless you want to be miserable, you’d be much better off working anywhere else.

For anyone who values predictability, respect, and a real path forward, this place is a trap. Hard work can be wasted, careers can be stalled, and personal well-being is constantly tested. This environment destroys motivation, undermines confidence, and offers nothing but uncertainty.
