There's  exceptional work harmony from the owner to immediate supervisor.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I didn't experience stressful part in my workplace due to excellent leadership and harmony displayed by the management  translated to the employees.

There exist a culture of harmony from all levels, transparency and camaraderie. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Finding what else is lacking,  what needs to be corrected and upgraded, continues support to the production lines and reporting the essentials for further plantwide improvement.

Great place to work for exposure to a wide variety of technologies and advanced manufacturing. Good management team that encourages skill development and creative solutions to manufacturing challenges. I worked here for 8 years and loved every minute of it.
Interesting projects and programs, great team environment, and room to grow in your position. Supervisors and management are open to new strategies and troubleshooting methods that keeps the company at the forefront of advanced manufacturing. Highly recommend for technical challenge and rewarding work experience.

I worked at clover tool for about 6 months in the welding department.It's hot,depends on what machine you work the smell is terrible.Prepare yourself to get burn.Its all favouritism,friends of supervisor gets the easiest machine to run.They give all the black people the hard work.One 30 mins lunch for the day.Work 4.5 Hours with no break then 3 hours.Job is tiring and unhealthy.Too much paper work to fill put every hour,they rush you for parts and then when theres a mistake they have meeting and talk about money money they have to pay for mistakes.Dont work here lucky you of you last one week here.Morning shify is horrible.

A regular day at Clover Tools was inspecting through 400-500 tools a shift. It would get really hot so many times while working in the summer it the supervisors always made sure to bring cool water bottles around every hour or so. They installed new fans to go around and breaks 4 times a day. The hardest part was trying to avoid cutting yourself with the sharp tools, but the management I really liked, really lay back people who can still be bossy but at the same time cuts us some slack

I started my tool and die apprentiship program  at clover tool mfg, and it was a great experience. Highly experienced employee and a great management. I was trained to work really hard, and I believe this is the reason why I am able to survive my next job.

clover is blessed with a handful of amazing management calibers that makes the time spent there really informative and beneficial for employees in starting and mid stages of their careers. The industry itself might be a bit challenging with uncertainty and fluctuations but I think they try their best at Clover to mitigate that.  

Regular day of work complains  .
Be aware  there is noting to learn unless you are the buddy of your trainer, management do not care about you, they do care only production numbers.
Workplace Culture is not the best a lot of favoritism, verbal abuse, and some treat you as you are garbage or you are not worth it  , in all the shifts and racism specially night shift they treat you like garbage.
The most enjoyable part is when you go home.


I had an amazing experience with the company.The customer service was top notch and the product exceeded my expectations,I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service.i learned lots in production area and welding department that I can able to use when I work in other company.
