You work around 15 hours a day, have little privacy. 
You entertain the clients all day long, you eat with them, you talk with hem at the bar until 12:00pm and during the day you do are in charge of your activity, in my case ( teaching circus to guests at the resort). during the night you are also encouraged to do dance shows or comedy shows. I'm guessing it's different at different resorts, although the 2 previous Club Meds that I've worked with, had poor managers. They re-hire people they have fired in the past and it ruins the other workers experience working at Club Med as many issues rise up. 

I learned how to patient, how to work and adapt to people coming from many different background, cultures, ethnicities. 

I learned many good communication skills to speak and entertain the guest, while adapting to every one of them. It taught me to be more outgoing and unafraid to approach new people. 

The best part of it was being able to travel and discover another country and meet amazing people from all over the world and have good connection for the future.

Great place to work when you are young and active. Not like 5 stars hotels management. You work at Club Med for the experience, travel, benefit of all the facilities for free. 
Most of the general meetings are at midnight. You almost never sleep. 6 days of work per week, and you have to do the show even on your day off. Lots of activities to attend in your day of work: Shows, trainings, work hours, meetings, entertainment at the bar and club. 
Happy to have done it, but will not do it again.

You are learning new skills everyday by taking to a guest

To do the crazy sign every hour 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Well it’s depends, in Turks I was feeling as a Caribbean woman, they’re no Caribbean culture in club med, they said they were open to new culture but every time we tried to put a request, it’s a no. My department was super friendly and respectful.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
The day when I was working early in the morning and the rest of the day off

Yes everything is covered, drinks, food, housing.  But at the end everything is exhausting and long days.  They expected 6 day work weeks, with 1 day off.  Not everyone loves communication, and some management shouldn’t even be in the position they’re in.  Most of the staff are amazing and great to work alongside with.  But it’s not the healthiest environment unless you want to do 6 day work weeks 10-12 hour days.

I was hired to work here and I was really looking forward to it.  I was eager and ambitious to become a part of the Club Med family.  Unfortunately the trainer was not very helpful and was abrupt when it came to learning their systems and asking questions.  I didn't feel confident and without any support I decided to not continue with this job.

I’ll be honest, this job wasn’t all bad in the beginning. But it got worse and worse. When the hotel is full, workers are asked to work extra shifts and give up days off.  Management doesn’t care how overworked staff is. There is many foreign employees that get treated badly by managers of the hotel.  Many people stay because they have too and not want to. Management can be bullies and liars too.

	Manage incoming calls and visit requests
	Update client profiles and membership data
	Coordinate Fam Trip events
	Verification tasks for Accounting Department
	Register agency data for Inside Sales Department
	Produce travel documents

You go there to enjoy yourself and party, not to make money. The free food and beach destinations might be worth it for a moment, but expect to have zero time for yourself; all your meals must be eaten with guests (otherwise expect repercussions) and you have one day off a week after working 8 am to midnight. 

Working a Club Med is a nice experience but if you are looking for a higher salary in this call center well this is is not the place. Sure you can go on vacation in the Carribean easy but it is hard to go to the resort in Europe, Africa if you don't possess money.
