Great work environment. Staff is very easy to get along with and management is understanding and patient. I have learned to be a team player, stay organized, neat and have order at all times. I have also learned how to make my job as dishwasher more efficient time wise.  I think the most enjoyable part of my job was that on occasion I was able to enjoy a chef prepared lunch or dinner. I also really enjoyed my co-worders and most of all Chef!!!! I think the hardest part of the job is working with the heat of the dishwasher and steam.

Your co workers . Servers are like family. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Unorganized,  little supervision  . 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Great staff.  But little help from upper  management 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Never really know what I'm walking into. Alot of gossip from office girls.   Can be negative.   Not alot of direction for the servers.  Supervisors are usually stressed . Due to the unorganized  paper work. But we do work together to get throught it.

Club Roma was a great stepping stone to bigger things, kinda wish I was able to stay there longer... It felt like a big family and the staff were some of the best people I have ever worked with. I learned so much in my time here and honestly, the craziness sets you up to deal with anything you'll face moving into new roles at hotels or conference centers no matter what you end up facing. Its not an easy job, your always in the go and its high paced. But it is so rewarding and the people and food make it so worth it!!!

A friend of my recommended this job, and I have to say I absolutely loving this place. Managers are nice and caring, wage is competitive, treats everyone equally and fair. Chef will make his best to give you  desired hours .Uniforms are provided and you don’t have to bring your own knife. Although they cook most of the dish from scratch in the kitchen, but small proportion of it were processed food. 

not a bad job, just expect A LOT of dishes if youre working weekends (fri to sun) and its anytime after 5 Pm. if u can manage an efficient and consistent pace, then the job is manageable

hiring could be better, dishwashers seem to be understaffed. accomodation to schedules can be made, but the scheduling staff is busy a lot, so you have to let them know very prior

work environment is okay, not everyone gets along with each other and thats okay

Working as a server at the banquet hall was a fun and rewarding experience. The workplace was inclusive, and the team felt more like a group of friends than just coworkers. Every event brought something new, keeping shifts exciting and fast-paced. Management was supportive, and teamwork made even busy nights run smoothly. It was a great place to grow and enjoy the job at the same time.

Working in the kitchen at Club Roma was also my first job in high school, so I can recommend both back of house and front of house for those looking for part-time work or a full-time career :)

Been around the company for about 2 years now, the pay is competitive, the hours can be long, but the atmosphere is incredible. Working with a fine group of part and full time employees, Providing an enjoyable service to those who are patrons of Club Roma
