A typical day at work starts at 7AM with pre-call plans and pre- take off meeting with Route personnels. The last 3 years in this company had showed me how to value and manage time wisely despite all the pressures,stress and different problems  i encounter everyday. I have gone through different managers and different customers with different personalities, strategies and  opinions. The hardest part of which is on how to deal with them in a way that we will both understand each other and come up with a better decision where everyone is equally satisfied with the result. Thus, creating goodwill, rapport and harmony  in the workplace. And it's the smile you get in return that makes everything worth it.

Working in coca cola femsa is like going to school like you are still one typical college man. It gives a lot of opportunity to learn and mature with enjoyment of being with someone. The most difficult time is when you have to do your jobs alone. The workplace will let you know and interact with different type of people, it will help you learn how to treat different situation in different circumstances. The most enjoyable moment working with the company is when you do particular achievements that is beneficial to the company and to you.

Career growth is slow. Low compensation and benefits for people who actually does the work for the company. No work-life balance if you plan to work to a fast-paced company.

In my current organization engagement with our co-worker is our priority for the effeciency of work and create good result and productivity. Happiness to our customer is our vision. We are the driver of improvement of the people as well as the company.

The pay is good for people who are just starting their career. A good place to grow. The work place is tidy and not at all stressful. The hierarchy of departments are well established and Authority is respected where it should be.

As an intern, I was able to easily befriend some employees in the company. The job can be rated an average for a day since the assigned job for my internship was to assist the manager in her assignments from her higher boss.

My work usually begins at 8 o’clock in the morning and ends at 5pm.

During my typical workday, I am responsible/handling the Inventory of Spare Parts and  Fixed Assets of the Company.
