The management expects 10000% speed and productivity from a novice. If they want such a professional, better to hire one who charges $50/hr with 5-10 years of experience rather than hiring a novice at minimum wage. One cannot judge a person's ability on day 1.

They hire 30 people while opening the restaurant & start laying off half the staff on week 1 when they feel they can't support them. Why offer us jobs and give us the hope then? We would have been happy to hear a rejection during the interview rather than getting laid off after a week of getting started. It cost our time! 

Also, the management was pretty rude & blamed the employees most of the time. So it was stressful to work straight when you have someone constantly looking at you to pick on your mistakes.



This was a fun place to work as the experience in customer service as well as the actual job was productive and fast-paced, so your days went by pretty quickly. The hardest part of my job was dealing with rude customers during a rush, and when the rest of the staff got stressed during said rushes and would get impatient. The whole team was very fun to work with, I made friends who I still see.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The guests are fantastic. Early work day is nice.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Bad management. Basically slave drivers and they steal tips from employees. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Hostile. Management is always yelling and screaming at you and each other.

Honestly I think working in restaurants is just not meant for everybody. I know a lot of people would love to work there if you want a schedule that starts early in the mornings and finish early as well. 

Great place to work have a better life. Fun staff around who r very helpful and make your shift go very smooth. It’s a very fast pace environment. Management is good to work with.

Great place to work, did general labour, dishwasher,  kithcwn work, cleaning everything,  friendly staff and management,  overall great restaurants to work at
