This company takes care of their employees so very well. They work around my schedule and even offered me extra work and hours if I ever needed it. Compensation is easily above average, plus you do get a handsome commission as well for the Sales work required of you. Management is flexible, innovative, and exceeds expectation when it comes to work flow, staff management, productivity, and their handling of the COVID-19 pandemic was flawless. Within a week of COVID arriving in Canada, we were stationed from home, given all the equipment we needed, and any other special requests we had were granted. Probably the best job I’ve ever had. You’ll love it at Coextro!

I worked at Coextro for almost 3 years.  Unfortunately a family situation required me to move out of the area, which meant I had to leave my position.

I loved the environment, and still keep in touch with the staff, my friends, that are there.

Great incentives, super collaborative environment, if you like teamwork, this is the place to work.

I hope to one day return or find somewhere that compares to the environment I experienced there.

Been a proud Coextro employee for about 1 year.. heard about them on CBC The National when they interviewed my now boss, and decided to apply out of the blue, even though they had no current posting.

Best career move I've ever done, i was starting to get the itch at my old job.. nothing really wrong, but felt i did not have a future there.

Here at Coextro.. well, the future is fun and exciting.. everyday something new.. and my own ideas have frequently been put into practice.

Love working here.. it's fun.. always new products coming out to offer.  Super approachable management.. always feels like we are all in this together, working towards a common goals of better services, better products, better customer service.

Honestly, best job I've ever had, and the people i work with are not only my co-workers but my friends.

I was recently hired as a Customer Service Rep for this company and was deceived about the pay and had to resign. Have gone ahead and filed a claim with the Ministry of Labour. BEWARE before applying here- and prepare to be paid significantly less than what they tell you! If you want to be stressed out to max, and be paid so little for it, then this is the ideal workplace for you.

It's been almost 2 years since I left Coextro to go on Maternity leave, but i still miss the environment and the team.

Loved learning new tech everyday, and working together with the team to resolve customer issues, as well as try out new products we we're thinking of launching.

I learned more there in the first year, then i learned in 4 years of school.  For a tech head, it does not get any better then this.

Love the team here, an the owners.  Very supportive, great learning environment.

I love the sales techniques they espouse, it's not all about selling the customer stuff they don't need.. it's about satisfying the client... which is a breath of fresh air.

I worked for COEXTRO unfortunately I had to leave the country with that my job too. Management is more then excellent, job culture 5 stars. Respectful, professional environment. If you want to be positive, productive and going to work and work to home happy this is the place to work for.  5 stars is not enough 500 stars for them.
