Typical day at work would be getting belittled & yelled at for absolutely nothing. Blamed for mistakes I didn't do. Hard work doesnt pay, goes unnoticed My job operates around using a forklift but they took my license away for dropping a 2 foot 4x4 sq tube & almost ran it over. Ppl misuse it all the time & break them but only i get punished. I still worked my butt off. Didnt let them get to me

ALL the upper management here do not know how to run a safe and profitable manufacturing business, promised the work and failed to deliver countless times. You will not come here to learn, but to be abused by having a good nature and work ethics, the rewards are only reserved for the select few.

You work extra hard, tonnes of overtime, sometimes 16 hours a day, get yelled at all day, verbally abused. Manager has no regard for employee safety. They do not train you how to do your job, expect you to know it, and expect you to "train" the greenhorns. No chance for promotion. Company wide pay cuts, broken promises.

Very poor direction from the upper management. Employees are paid well below industry standards and excepted to accomplish twice as many tasks. No appreciation for the time and effort you put in, like my title say think twice. While I was working there, they weren't able to keep employees working there.

The management will continue to shove empty promises at you. No matter your position you hold, you are constantly micromanaged with no direction. 

The accounting/HR is a joke as the CEO employed his wife's company to maintain that aspect of the business.

There is a sub culture of upper management that runs the shows and you will not be a part of it, ranks are chosen and your not part of their team. Lies about wages and hours, laid off under the guise of the company closing doors.

Typical small manufacturing company. Some leadership problems at the middle management level. Company not quick to address problems, or change when procedures are not working. Pleasant atmosphere, good product.

at first and really go company to work for then they got big n forgot their employees couple of times where u didn't get ur pay check work went down with the company
