unbeatable work environment, working with team always supportive and helpful overall like family . manger is kindness and approachable  ,empathetic and patient 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
workload sometimes is kind of overwhelming seasonally , specifically when cover colleague desk in their absence for vacation from time to time 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
unbeatable awesome , the most beautiful cafeteria and office with 270 degree surrounding snow mountain and rive view like sitting in cruise ship deck 
friendly colleagues , delicious snack cake and nice coffee are nostalgic

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
busy and happy . time goes fast with exciting

I would put together packages for new customers plus type up other correspondence as required, plus did filing for the company.
I started in the Accounts Receivable dept. but changed depts. when it was moved to Calgary. But at the time I processed deposits with existing accounts/prepared deposit slips/ and made some collection calls.
I learned alot in the area of A/R and really enjoyed working with the management and staff there.
The hardest part and the easiest part of the job kind of mix....I enjoyed the computer work/and working in the office setting. Enjoyed this job alot.

I had a good time with this company, I learned a lot in the brokerage side of the industry, but some of the people in the office make your job stressful. You hear constant side comments, sighing, swearing (not directed at anyone) but it's like you have to constantly be on edge. Job is busy and there is room for advancements. They ask you if you'd like to take some courses to help you advance in the company. 

I worked hard from start to finish of my shift and felt like I was picking up the slack of my peers. I do recommend this place, the manager is super helpful. He will listen to your concerns and try his best to fix them. Honestly the best manager I've had to date. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
nothing, this office is a joke now that there is a new manager, no body knows anything that is going on, there is no communication at all

trying to figure out who is working and who is not, as there is no communication in this office

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
not good, since the new manager took over we have not received any company lunches or anything to help boost morale

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
come in and work and leave, working my but off for nothing

Was a good company to work for.
Let go after a year due to a family member in the management area needing a job. Conflict of interest.
In order to hire someone new they have to let someone go.
It was me due to me being the newest employee.
Loved the job 100%

Cole is a good company so far, I have not had any issues with people/management until this time. Lots of things to learn, very helpful supports from supervisors/manager/teammates. The company offers a work-life balance. Good office environment, good culture, many social activities to engage employees. The company also supports/sponsors you educational programs which are helpful to your jobs. So far very very good

Very busy job and learnt allot about clearing shipments. My manager was awesome and most of my co-workers were a joy to work with. Clearing the shipments in a timely manner,at times, was the hardest part of this job as there were circumstances where it made clearing more difficult. Being able to make my customers happy by clearing their shipments promptly.

Work load can be stressful. Expectations change frequently. Not as flexible to work from home as led to believe. Environment can be very toxic. Little support from management overall. Some are treated better than others. Lots of negativity that management doesnt put a stop to. Workplace has lots of potential but office morale makes it almost unbearable some days. 

A typical day would be to answer voicemails, respond to emails, compile invoices to enter for payment.  The workplace culture is strained due to the high volume.  The hardest part of this job is knowing that no matter how hard you try you are never going to progress due to the lack of turn over.  The people that I work with are by far some of the best and we remain friends to this day

I enjoyed working here..the staff was great and my Manager was very fun, up beat and approachable.  I learned a lot about sales and being a customer service liaison.  There was no advancement at this location due to the size of the local office.
