Your fellow co workers will bully you, publicly humiliate and yell at you for minor mistakes that are due to the lack of training they are able to provide. There is no ownership on their part all blame will be placed on new employees.

Employees have been with the company for many years so they are stuck in their ways. Ageism is prevalent as you will be spoken to like a child if you are under 35 years of age. 

I highly discourage employment with this company as they are unwilling to work with you and will jump to punishment.

I will be reporting them due to my experience.I am so much happier no longer working for this company.

Color compass is a fantastic company to work for.  I have been with them for over 20 years  The work environment and family like atmosphere has  kept me enjoying my time here.  I have been proud to see many of my junior employees move up,  and become very  successful within the company.  It is a busy, fast paced environment, where a days work goes by at the blink of a eye.  Management is fair and always treats you with respect.   I wake up every morning excited to have the opportunity to work with great staff and coworkers, as well as the opportunity to create long time relationships with customers.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Good benefits with the majority paid by the company. Many long-term employees. Good company culture and diverse staff. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Heavy work load and tight deadlines. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It feels like you work with family. Very friendly atmosphere. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I typically respond to employee and manager requests for most of the day. Additionally, I have reports to complete and am involved in recruiting. My day goes by very quickly.

Every day is a learning experience day for me as being new to the company. All employees are there to help each other and will go out of the way to help each other, including all management. Everyone has been very helpful to my growth in the position that I am currently working. The hardest part of the job is not knowing exactly what the customer requires if information supplied is not correct. The most enjoyable part of the job is learning something new everyday and working with all other employees in the building.

I had the pleasure of working at Color Compass Corporation, and it was a truly outstanding experience.

The team I worked with was equally impressive. Everyone was highly skilled, dedicated, and supportive, contributing to a collaborative and efficient work atmosphere. The camaraderie among colleagues made each day enjoyable and productive. 

The company's emphasis on teamwork and employee development ensured that we were all aligned and working towards common goals.

 I am grateful for the opportunity to have been part of such a stellar team.


If the Vice president  doesnt like you he will find some reason to have you fired, it s all about favorites here and not based on your hard work
Vice President wants vehicles kept in showroom condition at all times (inside and out)
sometimes it can be really busy( especially after a long weekend) other days its a snails pace with very little to do
most of my coworkers were like family to me

It is a fast paced environment during busy months but we are more like a family here so even stressful times we rely on and trust each other. There is often paid training and management really cares about you. Hours are very flexible and manager is very understanding. I couldn't be happier to be part of such a awesome team. Only negative I can say is that our benefits arent the greatest, not horrible but not great. 

Terrific onboarding process. Team culture, everyone willing to help achieve the common goal of customer satisfaction. Always new challenges. Management more than willing to advance if you work hard and show initiative. Travel out of town required, so certain days can be long. Overall you get to set your daily schedule, sell new products and help people solve problems!

A great company to work for. Look forward to coming to work every day. Everyone gets along great and are willing to help you. Co-workers make you feel like family and bring a smile to your face.
The management is amazing. When i needed time off when my husband had cancer and was having Cheemo treament. They were very supportive and accommodating.
Days at work are busy and there is always something new to learn.

Management doesn't care of well being of employees.. whether mental health or other..problems that occur in the facility never get resolved. They would rather fire ppl that bring up problems the solve them..constantly sweeping under the rug unit it becomes a huge problem..would never recommend anybody to this poor excuse of a company
