My job in a nutshell was to sell advertising calendars to Mom & Pop businesses in the US and Canada. I would be required to do a minimum of 60 + outbound calls to prospects and dormant accounts, Between calling active accounts and prospects I would do 100-150 calls per day. I have beens in sales and marketing for quite some time and self study on the subject as well but still managed to get a few good sales tips from the Sale Managers/Coaches. Hardest part of the job is to make quota and a good paycheck especially when you're trying to sell a product companies typically buy in the fall. Best part of the job are the silly jokes and banter in the salesroom with my co workers and Sales Coaches, it was the only thing which made the paychecks tolerable.  

What is the best part of working at the company?
The job really open doors for bigger opportunities. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Very little training and the demand especially when it came to audit 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Alot of micro managing. Abit uptight and some are small minded with the way they think.

Bank Recs. and any thing else I’m asked to complete

An alright place to work and liked the people there but I have to say compared to other companies it is very old school. Quotas are challenging but I felt the training wasn't  structured or supportive enough to help you succeed. The basic pay is better than most jobs of its kind but I can't help feeling that they need to modernise, support new worker and actually nurture the team.  They were people in my team I never spoke too

On a day to day it is constantly dealing with customers, always multi tasking. Customer Service is very important, attention to detail is important. The culture is no different from other workplaces. The best part is dealing with a pleasant customer, the most difficult part is pleasing a picky and irate customer.

Fun Place to work, that includes monthly lunches for staff that make their monthly quota. With names that go in a box and have a chance to win prizes as well as recognition for efforts made. I learn closing techniques from one of the best managers in the business. The hard part was to make quota and the most enjoyable was when quota was meet and got the recognition.

Good  customer base  to work  with.
Customers  are  loyal & refer other customers  to me.
A lot of emails are  sent out to the customer  base on a regular basis.
Customers repurchase  their calendars every year

Comda is a wonderful place to work for. They provide employees with an extensive intrinsic and extrinsic reward for their hard work. They take the time to teach employees how to do great at their jobs. The people there are wonderful and great as well.

I met some wonderful employees, still friends with them.  Good meetings with training. 
At the time, I was only on commission, plus a $380.00 draw. 
I got through somehow.

Organized my daily workload
In a fast paced environment
Able to reach sales targets
Weekly meetings were fun
