Very bad company...  you execute orders.. that is it.  The day they don't need you anymore they get rid of you just like that.  Depends where you work or which school , they will get rid of you for money reason mainly.. that or they cut your hours...it can be something personal also
They have lawyers working to find reasons to fire everyone whenever they need to.  You can be the best employee, if you don't obey a senior even slightly, they will find a reason to fire you using fake motives.
Don't waste your time here.. 
You work non stop, you are alone doing a 4 persons job. 
lots  of Hypocrisies  in this environment.  

Tres mauvais employeur, n'allez jamais travailler là.. aucun respect du personnel. Mentalité narcissique des dirigeants... cadres hypocrites
Equipe d'avocats qui supporte les cadres pour vous éliminer ou pour se débarrasser de vous si vous n'avez pas une langue brune. Fuyez

My days consisted of going from one class to another to teach English to French students in elementary school. After classes I would prepare my lesson plans and complete my corrections. The hardest part of my job was not having my own classroom. I've always had great relationships with my co-workers and administrators. My favourite part has always been teaching and seeing my students' progress.

Working in a high school is not always easy. The students are needy and often, we don't have the resources to help them. In recent years, the school board has been more demanding towards teachers that are already overworked.

Challenging. Each kid is different and makes u go trough all sorts of different interventions to be able to find the proper one to each one of them. each day is different.
