Day to day is pretty straightforward and laid back, can get busy but is manageable. All Management is based out of Quebec so request and issues often take awhile to be answered,  usually it is easier to do whatever is needed then inform the admin side later. Management isn’t necessarily bad, it is just hard for them to effectively manage a location they only visit once a month. As a result of that you take on some back end responsibilities but nothing crazy. 

The “worst” part of the job is just cleaning up after customers who trash the cars, otherwise it’s basically just driving around fixing Issues or bring cars to vendors.  Another annoying part of the job is the lack of communication from admin to vendors. It’s often easier to have the vendors directly contact you rather than wait for admin to say cars are ready. 

Good parts of the job are you get to spend all day on the road seeing the city, get to experience driving new cars, create connections with vendors, get time off easily, occasionally will get a staff lunch at a nice restaurant, winter clothes allowance, decent benefits and good pay for what the job is. 

Overall it’s a good company to work for, as a fleet agent I would say it’s unrealistic to expect to move beyond the position unless you have a business degree of some sort. The pay is very fair for what the work is and would be great for a student or a single person or someone with low or moderate expenses. Raises are yearly but cap after 3 years. 

The entire time I worked there I was amazed at how happy and supportive the environment was. Everyone from management to the people you train with are there to assist and answer questions. The management take into account personal issues and will work with you to accommodate anything you need to ensure you are able to put your best foot forward. 

The management at this company is not very good. They do not communicate with the employees on what they may be doing wrong. Lack of respect and understanding of ones personal life is missing. I strongly don’t recommend this job as there was no communication done within the company to help the employees reach their higher potential and move up in the company. 

Management is seriously lacking. They value labour over the well-being of their staff. Managers and supervisors play favourites, creating for a toxic work environment. The work flow/processes are very unorganized and poorly managed. Basically a call center job where you can’t even look away from your computer for a few minutes during your shift. 

One of the nicest companies I’ve ever worked for, seems like they’ve held onto the same group for a long time now and they were all awesome. Took a job opportunity in a smaller town to get out of the city but still consider this one of my best jobs ever.

It was a fun workplace, the job was consistant and interesting. The workers were Ambitioned. Managers tried satisfying everyone's needs. Alot of work but kept you busy
