Used to be a pretty great place to work but since it switched ownership it’s gone down hill. New owners have no experience with a maintenance company and cut costs wherever they can at the expense of employees and customers. Management has created a toxic work environment for staff brought over from their other company. Save yourself the headache like I did and apply else where as they are very unprofessional 

A typical day here would include working to your greatest ability and being told your job is in jeopardy for calling in with heat stroke after working in 40 degree weather. One break daily, no bathroom breaks other than at 11am. No bathrooms, just forests and the odd clubhouse.

I was hired with the promise of a great work atmosphere and room to grow. They don't tell you there's room to grow because they can't keep staff... no one in their right mind could last a year working for this gong show. Hard to want to come to work every day. I would stay away if you want a rewarding job. 

My experience with complete landscaping has been great with few problems, as long as you put in hard work, you are guaranteed to thrive. The company is always looking for more workers year round. As long as you got some good rain gear, no weather can bring you down

Horrible penny pinching management and owners  the company was recently bought and the new owner is trying to save money by cutting hours to 20 hours a week for a full time employee 

Great group of people! Real team mentality. Management and senior level staff really provide good training and guidance when needed. The work that we do is both rewarding and fulfilling.

Incompetent, disorganized, overworked, underpaid, poorly maintained equipment, no regard for health and safety. Don't waste your time with this gong show.
