As a first year electrician I learnt the basics - wiring plugs, bending pipe and running wire. My coworkers were very knowledgeable and helpful and the management was extremely professional. I enjoyed completing a job as it was nice to look at the end result of all your hard work. Work wasn't too hard because your coworkers were always there to help if you were struggling with something. Overall, I really enjoyed working there.

Worked here for just over a year and loved everyone I met within the company. So many opportunities to learn and grow my skills. The management team could work on their communication skills, but other than that I had absolutely no problems working here. When work got slow, I could tell they were trying their absolute best to avoid laying me off, but unfortunately it had to be done. I would be so happy to come back to CPS if the opportunity arises. 

Liked my time with CPS and learned a lot. Lots of diverse work and learning experiences for apprentices. The only complaint I have is that because it had such a friends and family atmosphere sometimes people seemed to be promoted based on personal relationships rather than their competency in a particular role.

Typical day at Complete Power Solutions, work is standard across commercial electrical companies, I was granted with the trust of my peers and managers.  Workplace culture is good and family orientated. Collective group of leaders make everyone feel part of the team!

The owner and management team are always committed to keeping their crews busy even when the construction market is slow! I felt supported throughout my employment with them and was given lots of opportunities to learn and advance in my career as an electrician.

Everyone from owner on down to new hires starters were very easy to work with and managed was very accommodating when personal life happened. The project's were diverse and kept me interested and involved

Wage was on par with competition. Owner was a good guy, treated his staff with respect and all always promoted from within. Lots of support from journeyman at CPS. Would recommend. 

Great people, great work culture, great support from management, flexibility for family life and fair pay. There's room for advancement if you want it.
