For starters, the most amazing part of this company is the feeling of family- you’re not just an employee. 

This starts from the top and is truly executed amongst the entire team. From my first phone call with the owner, carrying into and continuing as a team member; I have felt valued, respected and so much more than just a number. The owner is very welcoming, caring and understanding. 

No questions go without answer, and all responses are considered. I have always been shy and uncertain of worth when it comes to contributing my opinions; so, I am thankful to finally have an employer who is understanding and proactive when it comes to the involvement of each team member. Its motivational.

Having a team leader as such, really sets the tone for the company. The team visibly works together in sharing his visions and values. Everyone is treated equal, fair and in return the level of accountability and honesty is truly remarkable. 

The atmosphere at Complete Technologies is so different than what I have experienced before. I am happy to say that I am no longer going home every day saying, “I had such a terrible day”. 
When it gets busy or stressful you can always count on the support of everyone to help get things resolved – and we have fun! Each day is full of laughs and storytelling. 

I was hesitant and intimidated by the professional demeanor of the workplace when I first started but now, I admire our working relationships as well as the beginning of new friendships that have sprouted. 

I am proud to work for a company that hold to its standards. I feel very fortunate to work at Complete Technologies and wish more people could have the same opportunities during their careers.

Complete Technologies is a customer service based managed services provider. Camaraderie is valued more than technical ability. Day to day work is usually even paced with enough time for breaks and chatting; occasionally during periods of new client onboarding's or projects it is fast paced and busy. There is always something new to learn and new opportunities to work on whether it be client projects or internal process changes. Management listens to feedback and will make changes based on ideas. This is the best IT company I've worked for after being in the industry for 10yrs.

While working at Complete Technologies I have been able to triple my IT knowledge, and grow in many areas. I get to experience many different things every week which make work fun and challenging. There are times were it feels too busy or under equipped. However the company is growing and changing to address these things, which makes me excited to be part of the journey.

The team at Complete Technologies is great. We work as a close knit team, having to rely on each other everyday. As the company grows, our team also discovers new and more productive ways to grow. A changing company always has it's hurtles and benefits, but I am excited to see were it takes me and what Complete Technologies will look like in the future.

Complete Technologies is a relatively young company with a relatively young CEO, but it is off to a great start. What really appealed to me about Complete was the focus on customer service.

The mission of Complete is "Service beyond expectation" and the team built around that is a group of kind, generous and intelligent people that get it.

There are tons of IT and managed services companies, but not of them deliver customer service on the same level. The sheer number of awards at Complete speaks volumes.

For me, it is this culture of caring and really wanting to help other businesses that is exciting. The growth potential for Complete is unlimited.

The year I spent at Complete Technologies was one of hard work and long hours. I was unable to refuse overtime, and when I asked to be compensated for my work on the weekends I was immediately treated poorly. The office was staffed with amazing people in situations not affording them to seek employment elsewhere.  As an experienced tech, I didn’t appreciate the micromanaging or time entries.  If anything- a mutual distaste for the system kept the staff rallied together. I’m happy to mention the staff I knew while having the misfortune to work in that office have mostly moved on.

I've been with Complete Technologies for a little over a year.  During that time I have learned so much in such a short amount of time.  The people that I work with always are available to lend a helping hand when needed.  The management team are supportive and listen to what you have to say.  For the first time working for a company I am valued as a person and employee.  The company provides small tokens of appreciation for hard work, dedication and milestones achieved.  This is a first for me in any of the other workplaces that I have been with.

The opportunities to build and learn are great with this small company. There are always new things to learn and persons to meet in companies and industries that i didn't know existed. As with all IT there is a steep learning curve and sometimes that hits the confidence. All part of the process and the feeling of confidence and happiness when an issue is resolved is great. Great team members who are always willing to help and pass on knowledge. That is what makes it all worth it..

When you first hear about a small Tech company, what comes to your head is a fun, challenging and respectful place.
Nothing of that you can find at Complete Technologies. 
Micromanagment, video cameras and a paranoic environment is what you will find.
I´ve been in this place for a year and 4 months, and saw more than 8 people being fired for no reason, other than the management is unable to get along with anyone.

Complete Technologies is a really good place to work! I had no problems receiving guidance when I needed it. I enjoyed the people I worked with, and I felt that the CEO was knowledgeable and accessible with questions regarding his business. It's a good place to work if you like a professional atmosphere that can vary between fast paced and data entry.

Busy growing company with lots of opportunities to learn and develop career withing the organization. I enjoy working here a lot as the whole team is very supportive, including managers that are understanding and encouraging. Clients are another bonus - almost all interactions with them are extremely pleasant. Overall a great place to work and I look forward to advancing my career at Complete Tecnhologies
