* My day starts at 9am and go till 3pm. 
* I get to learn so many things right from people management to Office Admin and Front desk skills.
* The work place culture is great for me , to start off working even though I am volunteering,People here are very friendly and very approachable. Always ready to teach me something new, giving me a scope to learn and grow. Assigning duties and being supportive whenever needed,is the biggest advantage of being associated with this company.
* Every day is fun and enjoyable till now.
* Hardest part is yet to experience.

My experience at Computek had several challenges. The office environment felt poorly maintained, with outdated or damaged furniture and some safety concerns such as exposed wiring that could be improved.

From a workplace culture perspective, I found limited opportunities for employee recognition, professional development, or career advancement. Communication across teams could also be stronger to support collaboration and effectiveness.

In terms of the work itself, the role did not feel very impactful, and organizational priorities were sometimes unclear. Overall, the experience may be improved with better structure, clearer processes, and more focus on employee growth and workplace standards.

This college does not pay well compared to other career colleges. They don't pay employees on time or months behind. NO pay cheques for 3 months, always have excuses that they are waiting on students' funding. They will promise to pay next week. When next week come, you will have no pay again. Weeks after weeks, you have no choice but to quit because you can't pay your bills. When you go back a month later for your pay, still no pay. Claims have been filed at The Ministry of Labour for non-paid salary at this college. Please do not apply to work for this college unless you are prepared to work for free.

I have worked at Computek College for almost 3 months now, I am grateful to be a part of this organization. I love the work environment here, it is very supportive, relaxed and motivating. I appreciate that the focus of the organization  involves personal and professional growth of the employees. They not only support it but promote it as well. 

Computek College for me is a place of growth, friendship, and good benefits. The senior managers have a strong tie with the employee, they always care for employees' safety and wellbeing and encourage staff to empower themselves. 
Classes are flexible, then benefits are great, the working environment is inclusive with staff members from more than 10 different countries of origin


In nutshell working at Computek is very enjoyable and stress-free. The team work is great, the support staff are very collaborative and the management is supportive in all dimensions. As Instructor this overall support made me to be energized and perform my duties in the right way to teach students with the  right knowledge & up-to-date skills.

Computek college cares about its students when it comes to the quality of education they receive as well as liaising with different organizations to  ensure employment post education. The management and staff are approachable, and very considerate.

Aproachable and friendly Staffs. Working on CRM was fun. Got to learn a lot of office procedure stuffs here. The positive point is, the work environment here is not stressful. So, take your time, do your work and go home happy.

I am currently working for the Administration at the Computek College and it is so exciting working with students and a good Management.It is fun.The Management and Staff are very Friendly and supportive.

Very supportive workplace environment, with innovative improvements being made constantly. Management and co-workers are all very kind. Being an instructor, everyday is different with students that come from a variety of backgrounds.
