Morning start at 6:45 am and right into making soups, one vegetarian and other protein based.  Overlook the salad prep, and dessert stations. Receive and store food delivery.  Pre-pair proteins, meat and fish. overlook the starch and vegetable prep. Serve the morning break at 9:15 am. Set up the lunch stations for 11:30 am lunch start time. Serve lunch till 1:30 pm and than break for lunch. Tare down the lunch service and store all use able left overs. Clean up kitchen front and back areas. 

I learned multiple food preparations and cultural cuisines.
My staff was very happy and helpful.
difficult times would be when there would be one or more lunch services plus the regular lunch service of 120 people. Making it hard to juggle three separate  functions in different parts of the building.

I worked at Conair's Warehouse Sale, for two years in a row. Both years, i worked all three days that the sale lasted. At work, I alternated between working as a cashier, bag boy, and cart mover. I worked about 10 hours each day. I learned a lot from working at Conair. This form of work was a great learning experience for me. It taught the me value of hard work, and how to work with a team. I worked very long and hard each day, and I learned how important it is to work effectively. The hardest part of the job was probably learning how to perform each task, however, after getting the hang of things, it was a joy. The most enjoyable part of the job was working in a fast paced environment, with many hard workers, and working along with them.

one day I was checking one order .the order has 2000 boxes and 4 boxes was missing .o my god when if there is something missing I have to go through  every single sku and this is not easy the order has 38 skids .I spend 1 hour to fix that order...
yes its fun when there is nothing missing u have a good pickers but new people always takes time ....
and I really like work on weekends because only weekends I have no worries about shiping orders ...

Worked unloading tractor trailer in the hot summer days. Work was unorganized, supervisor promoted to supervisor but unable to do job. Employees were ok but not collegial. Lots of overtime when needed but not good environment to work

Replaces all temporary staff every few months. Must work 5.25 hrs until lunch break. No change room. Only one tiny bathroom. No water dispensers, only 1 old fountain. Dusty and no pedestrian walkway

The management is really horrible. They treat temporary employees unfair. If you work there you will never know when you will be going home as they over work their employees.

Conair management is not to be trusted. I could name names but will not do so, however I will tell you that all levels from supervision to Human resources to upper management are not trust worthy.

The very thing which I like about the Conair is that at this place and this thing is really great that they firstly guide you and then let you work without any kind of restrictions
