Concours Mold

I cannot recommend working here the management felt disconnected from what needed to be done because they were more caught up in what they wanted done , more concerned with putting up a good front rather than buttoning down the back-end infrastructure.  There is a good chance you will get moved into a department that is in no way related to the position you applied for, seems like they were more interested in a warm body with a pulse more so than your skill set.

Great communication, equipment and working conditions. Management was easy to talk to and would supply you with anything you needed to do the job Other employees seemed friendly and helpful. The workplace was organized with modern equipment. For me it was only a temporary assignment but it was a good experience 

I would never advise anybody to work there only because the people they had in charge we're very inexperienced relations to somebody I didn't have a clue on how to do the job properly. Instead they would take out their frustrations on the employees and any group thinking what is only considered the company's thought even if they came through with a great idea.

Good place to move around and get a feel for different aspects of the trade.  I moved from toolmaker to CNC to design.  There are many opportunities here for advancement.  I would have stayed had they pay been a little better.

Good company, plenty of work unfortunately only a couple of people make the decisions and if you do not agree you then become expendable. Needs a little better structure from the highest authority and let the people that they've put in place do there job.

I like the place. People are great and as other places it is a fast paced environment, Show up in in time and get your job done. Do not give reasons to be fired and you are safe.

large company but poorly managed. High level of unnecessary stress.  very toxic working environment.

shop floor people were nice but get taken advantage of, work schedules get changes on a whim.

while working at concours mold I had many expiriences such as all aspects of building an injection mold from start too finish. also I had expirience in the production molding process

Lied to many employees. Moral is horrible. Did i mention that they lie, mislead, oh an d they lie. Do not believe anything they tell you because they lie!!

worked there for 8 years. it was a fast paced great place to work. the people you work with are efficient and friendly. i would go back in a heartbeat if i ever move back to town.
