Technical staff will work much better in short time and labour will impliment and labour will work according to the instructions of technical staff, we will give them all possible facilities, and cash prize for doing better performance. If i work in this company as an employee  i will always obey the instruction of my seniers and i will try my best to concentrate on my duties and performance.

Celebrating co-workers birthdays and special holidays like Christmas. Pleasant place and good co-works there. Making large amount of calls is a part of your day. Learning is very informative. The co-works are friendly and helpful. The most enjoyable is the results in sales day and seeing you get a bonus at the end of the year and then getting a review and receiving increase in my pay. Also on the phone talking to people and enjoying the time spent with them.

The job is so toxic. Management is terrible. My store got robbed and they didn't implement any security measures besides zip-tying the tools to the displays. The Sales Rep wasn't a team player and would get us in trouble if we did anything that upset him such as reminding customers to email the store rather than an individual person to ensure their orders were being received and distributed in time for their deadline. The manager couldn't be bothered to show up to the store or schedule people within times that worked for them.

When I was there, t before new management arrived, too many managers micro managing. Total abuse of power. My supervisor was beyond a bully and a abuse of power. Has no people skills what so ever and should NEVER Be ALLOWED TO HAVE ANYBODY ANSWER TO HER!!!! She got away with a lot of  bullying and yet they keep her. But having people who work their  butts off leave in tears or have a mental breakdowns.
Within the new management I don’t know.

I have been working for this company since June and I have nothing but positive things to say. I am constantly complimented for my hard work and dedication and was given a raise to reflect that. A lot of people at head office are very helpful and informative with any information or help I require. It wasn’t what so went to school for but I have very much enjoyed my time here. 

Constant shuffling of management jobs, personnel, and procedures makes for daily confusion and workarounds. On site staff was great but sales reps and upper management have very little people skills. Required to lie to customers regularly about product availability and ETA

Great company to grow with. 
Training is available and recommended to learn about the construction materials market. 
Unique opportunity to specialize in construction markets like sealants, waterproofing, concrete repair, etc.

They do not respect labour laws of Canada. They try to force you to work longer hours then required.  They want you to perform and work in unsafe conditions.  They want you to do jobs outside of your requirements and rights. They have threatening tones and treat employees unfairly.

No communication with employees. No incentives for growth. Dead end career. Relationships are last on there list.

In a friendly manner and do not trust environment they work in.

Work is hard lot of lifting but interesting job. Draw backs sometimes slow but when it's busy it's busy. No real Benefits just a Salary.
 Good environment to work, 7:30am- 4:30pm. No major overtime. Friendly job culture
