A typical day starts with all the management people giving you unrealistic timelines, goals and warning letters every single day!!! Not a single manager, nor the CEO is trained enough to know how to speak to their employees.... they are always yelling, swearing and use abusive language to demotivate you further....
The management seriously should do a course on management! because I have not come across a single  company in my entire life that have managers like that. All the people managing are either relative or friends of the owner or VP. 
The co-workers are good and you get along with them if you have time. 
The hardest part of the job is breaks and work life balance! they first hire  you and make promises that the environment is great and you have to  work on one Saturday every month and you will get an off for that. This is all wrong.. they never do that... You have to work on one Saturday every month and they do not give you any off because they claim that since you are getting two 15 mins break everyday and one 30 min break for lunch your total hours is not what we require in a month so you have to work one day extra.... Initially during training they will tell you that each account manager will get 90 files but in no time it will reach to 145 and 160 so again the  stress level reaches to a point that you can seriously get high blood pressure!!!

The compensation and perks... you can never get it because in my 5 months tenure I did not come across any person who was working there for more then 8 months... as soon as they reach to a point of being getting confirmed .. they fire them! I have seen at least 40 people leaving this company in just 5 months .... out of 40 at least 30 people were fired with no reason....So in short No perks no holidays nothing!!! You can not take a single day off because work load is so much that the next day your work will be doubled and for that you will be getting warning and later you ll get fired.... 
Further that adds on to the frustration is that there is no coordination between managers so although you have talked to one manager and submitted your argument the another manager can still 
warn you because he did not knew about it
A friendly advice do not even apply for the job... you will be getting hired for sure because the interview is very easy and employee turnaround is too much and they need people every now and then

extremely busy and stressful work load with not enough staff to handle the amount of daily tasks to be done.

I learned the best way to handle the volume of stress and overwelming workload would be to pace myself, decide what was the most urgent items daily and set and meet those goals and not allow myself to stress and sweat the small stuff. I learned to ask for help if and when needed from co-workers.

I also learned to speak to my manager concerning the pressures due to the volume of work and time lines.

Due to the type of work I performed in my last position all the staff worked on every clients' file, so it was a team effort and we had to make sure each time we worked on a file to check that everything was completed and up to date.

The hardest part of this job was dealing with our client's who were in a very difficult time in thier life's due to financial trouble because of a job loss or serious illness.

Most enjoyable part of the job would also be helping our clients' getting thier lives back. Talking that financial burden off thier shoulders and giving them a fresh start.

This was the worst place to work for, there is absolutely no job security. you get fired for the smallest things. The do not invest in their own and correct you when you make mistakes, everyone is replaceable. I was first a debt consultant and the pressure was real. I was scared of going to work everyday because of the fear of getting fired. I always applied for jobs while at work because anyone could get fired at any time. people left every week, I was them moved to account management and the scrutiny was real. for every single little mistake you get a written or verbal warning. you get fired for taking a sick day. Everyone was exhausted and tired from the work load and it only got worse. I wanted to grow with this company but it was impossible because the management and CEO were toxic. They were the worst team. I advice is you are looking to apple here, save you time and apply somewhere else you would have some peace of mind. the interview may be easy but the company is disgusting.

I really enjoyed working for CDPCL.

I learned a lot of hard and soft skills and was surrounded by the best work culture in my professional experience to date.

My work day was pretty atypical as I had multiple, varying responsibilities. I was moved around a lot and given projects to work on in my free time. I worked in sales, administration, and was even given the opportunity to help accelerate the business development of confidential projects. 

The hardest part of the job, and the reason for my departure, was the fact that at one point I was literally given over five "top priority" continuous tasks; for one of these responsibilities I was the only person in the department. I enjoyed the challenge, but despite my versatility I really shine when I am asked to focus on something I am passionate about.

The most enjoyable part of the job was the learning. I learned a lot.

Very stressful. people are fired VERY often. unrealistic and high sales targets. we sign up people to file for a consumer proposal. you need to sell 30,000$ (every month) of fees to get commission (rarely happens). owners are always yelling. the India office pushes sales people to add more stress. very little training and you are expected to be perfect. people are thrown on phones to sell right away and then yelled at by India to take more calls and threatened to lose their jobs if they do something wrong. my coworkers and my manger in sales were all great. the hours we worked are hard to have personal time. people who have families had it tougher because they rarely had time with them (plus mandatory saturday shifts). this company is good if you are looking for something very temporary. this is a very difficult small company to work for that demands a lot every day.

Every day was a critical day in CDPCL as working there helped me grow as a professional. I had to go through my share of challenging days wherein I was so close to finalizing the deal with the client and it slipped away from my hands because of the client's financial difficulties in paying that upfront service fee which was to be taken care of ahead of the time in order to avail the benefits of our program. I enjoyed working with the management which was supportive of new and creative ideas and always kept the window open for suggestions and feedback. I took my job more as a commitment to serve those who were really in a financial debt trouble by guiding them through the services which would make their life a bit easier as they would go by. The whole idea of improving someone's life by helping them pay off their debts in an easy and simple way was so appealing to me.

Typical day at work entails taking transfer calls from clients and dealing with various types of debt issues. Some of these issues will entail large debts some not so large. The most important part of this job was finding a suitable solution to the clients' debt issues. Management does a great job of helping ensure that you are successful in your consulting endeavours through offering hands-on training that prepares you for the unpredictability that comes with dealing with clients. The work environment was very positive and growth-oriented. Everyone wanted to see each other succeed no matter how simple or complex the task in question was. The most difficult part of this job was

It is always busy at CDPCL making time at work just fly by. There is great communication amongst employees and managers. They are easily approachable and always there when you need assistance. The Standard Operating Procedure helps you to stay organized and on top of every file. Not only is the work environment great, but you really get to spend time with your colleagues. Break and lunches are scheduled so you get to socialize and create friendships with your co workers. This makes the events so much more enjoyable. Some of the events include Secret Santa, pot luck, Halloween, Christmas party and Friday lunches.

The most HORRENDOUS company I have ever worked for. Their management staff is practically illiterate, immoral and don't even have a shred of professionalism. For any future employees who are considering this company, please know that you will be equivalent to a servant to the owners of this company and you would be treated as such. Also, they will do everything in their power to  ensure you don't get your commission at the end of the month, including firing you if that's the only option. Another thing to note, the company's products are a scam to make regular people go bankrupt, so if you have a conscience, this job is not for you.
