What is the best part of working at the company?
The best part of working at Control Tech is the people and the respect they have for work/life balance.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful part of working at Control Tech is sometimes upper management/CO’s don’t fully grasp the day to day operations at the workers level.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Great work environment and culture. The people in the warehouse are hard dedicated workers who take pride in what they do yet there is always time for fun banter and laughter.

Everyone was very welcoming and will to teach . Guys I was able work with made it easy go to work . We were start go when I work there and it seemed like for most part, everyone was able get along and if guys need pick up were there for each other .  Management for me all of there were great if had question always made time to get answer for you or help out in situation . Five stars rating for me

Management is good, they keep you busy enough if you’re willing to travel and can do your job and get along with different crews. Never got the classic oilfield “we got work next week” which was nice. Left for a better position that ended because of COVID. Took me back and put me to work right away. No complaints!


CT has always had awesome culture and employee relations. Anyone who was a hard worker fit in so well and usually gets recognized instantly by management. The whole team seems to work together well. Although, at point there were some growing pains and missed the mark a couple times, they seem to be growing in the right direction and correcting any past mistakes along the way. Great group to work for and would highly recommend.

Awesome company to work for! Ownership team is not scared to jump in and help in the field if necessary. They have strong core values and put safety at the top of every project. The boys at CT really treat their staff right, and care about their employees. Your not just a number like the larger companies!

Good company to work for that is not too small or too large. Easy to get to know everyone that works there.
Great atmosphere for apprentices and Journeyman alike. They are willing to find the best placement for you even if it means changing apprenticeships.

Nothing, clicky bunch that don’t care for their workers

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The fact that they only care about their work in the US

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
 poor, bad relations and lack of quality work

great crews as well as work environment 
awesome employee appreciation 
decent rate and days off
smaller branches would lose work to bigger branches from different areas and local guys would sit

I always seem to be working steady. I don’t get as much time off as I would like. Control Tech has a good safety culture and good wages. Overall a great place to work.

It is a great place to work. They find places that best fit people for future growth. It is a company with great core values. The 2 week pay periods are a bounus also
