Terrible management. Owner is a hot-head whom acts like he is the CEO of a fortune 500 company. Everyone who works there seems to hate it and doesnt mind sharing that fact. Workers are sent on jobs with no tools/supplies and expected to fend for themselves. Management is always angry and expects their employees to go above and beyond with zero support. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Mgrs believe they are gods. Lots of favoritism.  Each mgr or foreman has a fave flunkie on his or her coat tails. Jobs are never on schedule due to mgmt not supplying material then expect you to work everyday to finish a job. They push safety but it is really a joke how they try to enforce it and break labour laws in the process. Mgmt is too self centered and the office is top heavy.

rain or shine through last dig season, I gained experience in utility installation, gained experience. Management could be hard, field people were great people, hot days and wet rainy days got hard, but to be expected, most enjoyable for me was the people who shared their experience and knowledge to make me better understand.

Owner is a crook, taking away benefits and hours seemingly on a whim. No sense of loyalty to the guys who do all the work for him. Also don't plan any time off, because they will just randomly cut your hours. They have little to no work currently. Probably won't exist this time next year.

Management is fair and the pay is commensurate with expectations, There are to many days where work "comes first". If you are unlucky to be one that travels, the compensation for your out of town expenses is underwhelming and having to share rooms top make the compensation valid, is unfortunate for a private person.

Awesome hardworking people. Family ran business and was a good place to work at. Always got time off when a proper request was put in. There is also a lot of room to grow at the company if you are willing to work!

great people to work with. Not sure where management is going. always walking on egg shells. you Never know if the owner will come in in a bad mood and yell or a good mood

Lots of back stabbing, zero trust, no leadership, most staff have no idea what they are doing,  people in leadership abuse their positions & authority

It is a great place to work, but due to the economy there are many lay offs right now. It is a family run company that has a real home feel. They like to keep a positive outlook with all co-workers!

Training was exceptional
Co-workers were great
Work was fun but we still got the job done
Cold weather and long hours
Teamwork and communication are very important and well practiced
