A great group of co-workers who were willing to chip in where needed.  Management was approachable and open to new ideas.  Pizza days and great kitchen facilities were fun, especially during the winter!

A very bizarre company. People were hired and let go at a frantic pace. Zero direction from upper management and a sense from many that "something" was going on behind closed doors. Former Directors would say it was like "Game of Thrones" with backstabbing and evil plots. Shocked that this company is still going strong with this sort of corporate culture.

Great teamwork in payroll department. Managers and supervisors are  approachable and easy to get a long with. Suitable location. Payroll system may be complicated in the beginning but can easily be understood.

Busy and challenging days.  Company buys lunch on Fridays, lunch room is always stocked and we always have cake on birthdays. 
You are dealing with the public daily.
Accuracy is important.

Was a good company but over time with poor leadership changes the culture that made Corix successful was slowly eroded. CEO came in a made the culture difficult to enjoy. Good leaders were let go while poor ones were promoted.

There have been constant changes in senior managhment team since I joined in October 2015. The work environment is very stressful. My boss was fired for no particular reason in August 2019.

Great team to be working with and it was fun and enjoyable. No crazy politics going on which is a good thing. Atmosphere, culture, although there isn't much bad to say, it's pretty calm and colleagues interact with each other. 

Saw advancement, but promotion pay was subpar. Management is OK overall, but not the best. Company is USA focused now, so Infrastructure Service jobs are not a bright future in Canada. 

The people including higher management are genuinely concern to every employee. Althought salary is not that competitive, its the working environment that make you stay.

Pay was fair if you were fast
Management was fine
Co workers were great
Not a lot of support or room for advancement in that particular role
Safety was taken seriously
