While I worked here I found management very understanding, they did their best to provide me with the tools to succeed and I was able to gain experience which I will continue to use for the rest of my career. At the time of my employment there was no opportunity for advancement otherwise I never would have left. I was originally hire as a summer research student for one season but ended up staying for four years. During this time I fell chronically ill. I was never blamed or yelled at and felt very supported. I felt that  any action taken to reduce my pay was fair given my illness at the time. In the instance of disagreements between staff members management was quick to intervene in a productive and positive way.  I would work here again.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Industrial processes can be dangerous.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Great and friendly. Always working in a team, but also teams will help other teams. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
- Starting the shift with 2 meetings, one with all production staff for that shift and another with your team at your work area.
- Shifts can be 8, 10, or 12 hours long, with 15 minutes (2 or 3) breaks and lunch (1 or 2) breaks.
- Monthly 1-o-1 meeting with supervisor to check in professional progress, expectations, and to address any consents employees might have.
- Monthly all staff meeting.
- Payed work events, throughout the year, with good and well served food.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Experience learning about different crops ..evaluating etc ..a good co.pany to work for ...people I met ...unfortunately our lab department was closed down ...


What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Actual I was not stressed ...area I worked in was very comfortable atmosphere 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Pleasant atmosphere ...the staff the manager very easy to talk to

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Start work on time ..prepare crops to be evaluated or planted ..listen to the manager with how we were progressing in the work for the day ..

About what you would expect from a world wide corporation. For better or worse. As an operator/line worker expect to work continentals ~8 months out of the year. If you're in maintenance, you're best to get any info during a breakdown from lead operators or the operators themselves

There are a lot of good people who work here and they seem happy but there are a few bad apples that seriously hinder productivity and gossip about everyone, which can get pretty bad. It's hard to build trust with people like that. The company itself is as solid as they come and I would never discourage anyone from working there.

A long and slow coop term mixed with constant blame, micromanagement, learning nothing and being treated poorly by supervisors and management. Work itself is easy but very repetitive. You will walk away knowing how to transfer one thing to another thing. 

Staff below management level for the most part are great to work with but management can never make up their mind about anything leading to constant change in focuses. The only way to get promoted internally is to fail at your current position. It's a fairly street free job if you can block out the management side and just do what you are told

When I worked here, almost all of my loved ones begged me to leave this place. And they were right to do so, because I was half-wishing every night for an aneurysm to kill me in my sleep.

There are people at this place I miss dearly, but the thought of ever coming back here is as appealing as French-kissing a rabid turkey.

Good riddance.

It is a place where dreams go to die. Unless you spent 4 years in college or university good luck making more than minimum wage. Your annual raise will never be more than last years inflation. If you’re ok with 65 cent raises this place is for you. 

most of the people are okay to work with, Do not expect to get raise cause they never do, always ask you to do better but never give fair pay, even if you're competent they wont give you a chance to be promoted,for a big company they really on cheap on labour so people tend to have more workload
