There are too many standards in the shop. They have a 2 million dollars equipment that they dont have an operators Manual equipped  with. The supervisor was not very helpful. some of the workers would sabotage my setup and use a less effective standards. The supervisor favouritize some workers and snub others. For example, mistakes happens. His buddy who makes mistake cause time loss, he does not say a thing. But when someone else makes an error he points out and creates a big scene to embarrass the worker by ridiculing them.

A lack of comunication beteween departments and a terrible leadership that dont take action, leaves decisions with the employees and if something goes wrong complain about the decisions made.

This is a basic production labour job. I would like to use my own qualification to apply for a more suitable job. Currently Corvus Energy management when offering job position, usually does not according to applicant's qualification & experience. Some of the higher level personnels even only have lower qualification & no experience. This is not a fear management.

Awful  nothing is good working there

Everybody is awful and everything sucks

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
No respect for anybody very bad starting with management

Small company with high growth potential.The salary bands are below industry standard but the benefits are world class. Honest hardworking people work

Very poor management and decision taking, unorganized and chaotic decisions, unethical work habits.
Managers don't have what it takes to be managers from managing or coaching their employees.
No opportunities for advancement and most of what they're saying is clear lies!

Engineering department is very exciting to be a part of but assembly is run like a Chinese Communist Factory. 
I would highly recommend any engineering opportunity but avoid anything to do with assembly.

Flexible in shift timing. Management is good. Mix work culture and good team work. everyone is cooperative.Independent working condition. Best organisation to start career.

Fast paced product development environment, great place to work for creative, talented individuals.  Plenty of opportunities to learn and grow.  Great workplace culture.

Hard to keep work-life balance, however dedicated people are recognized and compensated fairly. workplace culture revolves around respect, safety and sustainability. totally recommend it.
