If you're looking for a temporary position, it's fine.  Pay does not match the danger level.  Safety is a secondary concern to this company, so please make sure you watch out for yourself.  First priority of the company is the finding a way to blame employees.  Equipment is poorly maintained and will break down on you, and that will become your fault as well.  

 You start at 20-21/hr.  Raises are 3% annually, no matter what you score on your evaluation.  Turnover rate is extremely high across the country, no one stays due to poor benefits, poor pay, and lack of room for advancement.  Management does not respect its employees nor take accountability for their actions.  You will be blamed and talked down to.  HR and corporate generally do not respond to any questions or concerns, upper management is uninterested in hearing out your concerns either.   Benefits are basic and average, wages are not competitive.  Communication within is extremely poor.  

There are ZERO perks to working with this company.  You will be expected to perform the duties of multiple employees when others quit.

If you enjoy a company full of drama and politics.   Working in dangerous conditions.  Minimal pay.  This is the place for you.  

I have been in the business for 15 years at a high level. Interviewed in Toronto for a job that was 2 hours away. I was given 1 days notice to attend the interview, no problem on my end. Once arrived was told they were running late so waited 45 min. Horrible interview process, could not even get the two "managers" to crack a smile. One played with her multiple iPhones and actually brought her vaporizer to the meeting. From first interview from Texas office to a rejection email two weeks after the meeting it took 2 months. Truly not bitter over the rejection but happy Im not involved with Consentino

Ok company to work for and upper management has no compassion for employees. Very mismanaged don't know if they're coming or going. Lots of safety issues in warehouse! No drug or alcohol testing after hired! Stay away!

General labourer pays very little despite the fact of the dangers involved moving large, heavy slabs of granite, marble, and other types of stone using an overhead crane.

Expectations are too high for very little reward. Management  does not care about you or your work life balance. Very stressful have to be on the road everyday. Micro managed. 



Very bad management poor treatment towards employees long hours no lunches low wages get blamed for things management does was there 4 years operations manager currently is not experienced and is bad at his position 

Good environmet, , good people, a good company not hard job we move salbs whith over crane operator and offloadcontainer whith forklift pking uploding trruck whith crane attention to costumers

Did not keep there word on salary and benefits . Very unsafe .Stressful Not organized in wharehouse. Sales people not following safety rules , people wondering around. Just very unsafe place to work.
