Work days vary in length as do work locations which keeps things fresh and interesting. Learning is ongoing and encouraged. Sometimes a quiz will help us ensure we are following procedure which is key. My manager is kind and considerate and genuinely cares about us. She is approachable and excellent in her role. Cottage Care has a positive work culture and values their employees. The job is physically demanding but if you enjoy cleaning, it is very rewarding. Would highly recommend this company in particular.

I have not been here for very long but I feel as though I have with all that I have learned and with how friendly everyone working here is, I always learn something new about cleaning and I always feel like I have made a difference in the lives of our clientele after I leave a house. I love providing our clients with a clean house to come home to. I am looking forward to continuing my cottage care journey and I feel as though I have a future here.

From the moment I was employed with Cottage Care they showed kindness, respect, and understanding. All the staff are wonderful and accommodating. Always have a good laugh and they are there for each other if anyone needs help. 
My only negative comment is work can be a little inconsistent. So don’t expect full time work every week. Other than that, I love working for Cottage Care. 

As employees we were given a well organized daily routine, thanks to that our days were structured well and hours were given fairly to all of the team. I’ve learnt much more about cleaning and small differences that make a big impact on an overall job. I was very greatful to be welcomed into a positive workspace every morning, putting me on track for a great day. 

Calgary North-central location: Steady hours that work to your avalible time to give. No weekends or evenings. Good supplies and maintained equipment. Best training program I've ever seen for a company of this segment. Managers that Truly care and listen, will back you up and have your back. Such amazing staff. Paid milage and reward programs

Its got a great management full of knowledge and experience. Very organized with great equipment. Its hard work but you get rewarded for your hard work. I love the people I work with and they answer all the questions you may have. 

I couldn't imagine a better place to work! I have never felt more appreciated in any job. The management at North Central Calgary office are amazing. I feel they really care about the staff and our progression as a team, even when we work individually. 

The manager is amazing, understanding and easy to communicate with.. The working environment is great it's easy to get along with everyone.. The hours are good for someone with children and needs to work during normal working hours.. There is always understanding and flexibility when needed..

The manager is easy to talk to about concerns. The atmosphere of the office is fun and inviting. The hardest part of working for Cottage Care is the lack of hours at times. Overall, I enjoy working for Cottage Care.
